Great location. Kids really enjoyed the pool and closeness to beach. People were very nice. Would definitely like to stay there again.

We had a perfect stay at this home. Our family had a quick trip and this house served its purpose. The house description was accurate we definitely could see that dogs were welcome, the cleaning crew missed a lot of dog hair upon our arrival. The owners were great to work with.

The house was clean and ready to go. Great communication and they accommodated our 2 dogs. Backing the sound and being right across the street from the ocean was pretty awesome as well.

Great location and views

Great property, well stocked with plenty of Kitchen pots/pans/utensils - even had a few spices and most favorite a great coffee pot and coffee pods. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect weekend stay

Our family of 6 stayed for a weekend. Plenty of room and very clean and cute. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to restaurants and shops. Outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Christmas Break

We had a wonderful time over Christmas at this great rental property with our family of five and our dogs! Topsail Island is the perfect spot if you love long walks on a quiet, dog-friendly beach. The house itself is super practical, well-located, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

This was the perfect location! It was a super short walk to the beach, and we had the community pool also. If you're looking for a peaceful, lowkey beach vacation, this is the place to go! We loved how quiet it was and that it allowed dogs! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. We messaged ahead of time to find out about 4th of july fireworks, and the host asked neighbors for us so that we could have options! The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and the Keurig was a nice perk to have in the mornings. Scoops Ice Cream is a local handmade ice cream shop that was about 5 min away and super delicious! Close to Surf City for other restaurants and activities and really great. Would absolutely come back!

Great location and great hosts!!!

This was the perfect location. The beach was a short walk! The area was very quiet, and just a short drive to shops and restaurants in Surf City. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The condo is very well stocked. The host was very quick to respond. My family and I will stay here again!

Overall this was a great rental, super close to the beach - great space for the family and dog! The pool was super nice in the afternoons! However, there were some maintenance issues / damage to the property when we arrived. Two of the stairs were missing stair nosing, exposing sharp and rough edges. We mentioned this to the hosts and they were quick to respond and asked if maintenance could come take a look during our stay but we declined since we had a baby and dog - we just were extra careful for the duration of our stay. Additionally, part of the popcorn ceiling in the living room was hanging down. Lastly, the tub in the upstairs bathroom does not drain properly and water from the shower would remain in the tub for hours after. Overall the house seemed very clean, however - as the stay went on - we found random items around the house left from previous guests (i.e. socks). All in all, we would still recommend this beach townhome - the location is great, the back porch has a beautiful view of the sound and the hosts are very responsive!
