Oceanwalk 9-404 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo perfect for a family reunion or a friends' getaway, accommodating up to seven guests. The bright, open layout features a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a cozy living room with a leather sectional and daybed trundle, and a dining area with seating for both casual and formal meals. The screened-in balcony offers a peaceful outdoor space with views of lush greenery, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, with a full bed in one room and two twin beds in the other, sharing a guest bathroom. This condo is fully equipped with linens, towels, beach chairs, a washer/dryer, and all the comforts of home, including free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a DVD player. All good

All good except some of the linens had not been changed or at least smelled of cologne. We just washed them since there was a laundry room. Not a big deal. We had a great time and experience

We had a great time, the condo was great but the management company should probably check their housekeeping more often. Several of the pans we pulled out had to be washed beforehand. There was also one pet stain in the master bedroom when we got there. That is something you should be able to treat and clean before new guest arrive. Everything else was great and it’s a super comfortable unit and the rest was very clean. We would definitely book it again, it’s a great value! I don’t necessarily look for the cheapest units because I prefer cleanliness and more conveniences like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc. but this is definitely a great condo.

A Wonderful Place to Vacation

Overall it was outstanding. All aspects between the accommodations and proximity to places was perfect. Only issue was wheelchair accessibility to the beach. Not sure if the property has any say or voice to change that, but it would be helpful to those who needs. We will stay again in the near future. Thanks

Great unit and complex - short walk to beach

Great unit and complex. Very clean, safe and well maintained. Pictures don't do the unit justice. View away from the Ocean is nicer than you may think - jungle like feel to it! Two awesome recreational facilities - loved the heated swimming pools and hot tubs. Dog friendly. Beach just a short walk away.

Beautiful, relaxing and comfortable!

Our condo at Oceanwalk was super comfortable for our family of five and our little fur baby! We loved having our breakfast or afternoon coffee while reading a book on the balcony overlooking the nature sanctuary. It had all the comforts of home! We went for walks around the condo grounds, went to the pool, the hottub and the beach everyday. Our condo was super close to the beach and provided us with beach chairs, beach toys and towels. Great getaway to relax and enjoy the Florida weather! I want to thank the staff at Great Ocean Condos for helping us throughout the entire process of reserving our condo in Florida. Everyone that answered our questions before and after our reservation was great and the check-in/check-out process was so easy! Our condo was fantastic! So beautiful, spacious, convenient, comfortable and relaxing! We loved it and we want to rent another condo for next March. We will surely be in touch with Great Ocean Condos in the Fall to reserve a condo again!

Great Vacation

My family and I have stayed at Oceanwalk for the past 6 Labor Day weeks but this was our first in this condo and we loved it! Very nicely furnished, plenty of room for everyone and nicely equipped kitchen , beach chairs and toys and the amenities at Oceanwalk are what keeps us coming back year after year. We love hanging at the pool, playing cards and dice and taking quick dips in the pool. We try to use the theater at least one night and we grill out most evenings at the pool. You won't be disappointed.
