Located in beautiful Port Aransas along the Texas Gulf Coast.
La Mirage 228
We're Back! As you walk up to unit 228's front door, you look down on the Courtyard with the amazing pools and hot tubs. Open the front door and walk through the unit and out to your large deck from either the living room or the master bedroom. Enjoy time setting and watching an unobstructed view of the waves rolling in from the gulf and listening to the songs of the waves.
Unit 228 is a preferred Gulf view unit that has finished a complete renovation. This newly decorated 2-bedroom 2-bath unit features all new appliances including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is an open galley kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Whether you bring your coffee ground or in K-cups, the Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker will insure you have a fresh cup of coffee as you watch the waves.
All the furniture is new. Enjoy watching the new 65-inch smart TV from the two new recliners or the new hide-a-bed sofa. Each bedroom features a Doctors Choice Plush King-size mattress and a 40-inch smart TV. If you want to share your vacation with another couple, you will each have a king size bed.
Take a morning walk on the beach. This unit is near the boardwalk so you can spend your time walking on the beach, not to the beach.
Enjoy Spectrum TV or sign into your favorite streaming service from any TV. Internet service is provided by Spectrum. The second bedroom features a desk for those who need to sneak in a little work.
Enjoy the décor. Count the turtles. How many can you find?
Whether you stay a couple of nights or a couple of weeks, you will enjoy Island Time at La Mirage Unit 228.

Beach Retreat

This condo was the perfect place to relax and recharge our batteries! We enjoyed the tall chairs on the balcony, the view of the ocean and the close proximity to the beach for long walks.

Less then web site promotes. Never again.Hot tub was a warm tub, small shower. Dirty dishes, bedroom door pops open when walking past it.

Beautiful Beachy Vibe

Loved the view and the beach vibe of the decor. The door was difficult to unlock and the elevator was a bit noisy and scary. Tar at the beach was a nuisance, but they did leave some cleaner on the property to help some. Not their fault and they did try to help.

La Mirage

Overall enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the amenities such as cooking supplies & laundry. However the unit itself was lackluster and the cleaning staff clearly does not do anything outside the bare minimum. We found fingernail clippings on the couch, dead roaches and so much dust/dirt throughout. Sadly this will be my first and last stay at the Mirage.

Great condo, poor property management

The condo was very comfortable and inviting. It was clear that the owner put a lot of thought into making everything as convenient as possible. Unfortunately, the property management didn't have the same sentiment. Both elevators near the condo were down or having major issues all week. And, they have not done a good job of bug management as we saw 2 very large water bugs in the condo. Again, not a knock on the owner or the the condo. Clearly a failure on the part of property management.

Decent Stay but could be improved

The location near the beach was nice, but it was said ocean view but that was partial ocean view. The towels could be softer. The kitchen was greatly equipped. The biggest problem is they were remodeling the property near our area of the condo and we would hear noises some during the day. The place does near refreshing outside with new paint etc. which is what they are doing. But the elevator areas for sure needed it now. For the price it was nice and I loved the beach!
