Michelle's Opalhouse Garden by Pettigrew Adventures is a two bedroom, two bathroom private condo that has a modern twist with a retro vibe. This property has been updated without stealing that coveted mid-century charm!

The “Pettigrew Adventures” properties are owned by a local Memphis Lawyer who has a love for people, this city, and interior design.

Each bedroom boasts a comfy king sized bed and plenty of space for your things. Amenities include keyless entry, pull-out sofa in the living room, dining/eating area, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, bar area perfect for cocktails, 49 inch TV’s in each bedroom, a full laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, off street parking, fiber internet, hulu live TV + HBO CHANNELS, central heat and air, alarm system for security and security camera’s outside. We allow pets but please be sure to give us heads up if you’re bringing your furry friend(s). There is a small fenced in area in the back yard. Whether you’re a business traveler, staying for a while, or just passing through Pettigrew Adventures is the perfect place for you.

Really cute and interesting duplex with incredibly comfortable beds and just great design touches everywhere. So close to fantastic food. We wish we could stay more than one night. Very dog friendly with great neighborhood walks and friendly neighbors. And so quiet...so much better than a hotel .

I cannot say enough great things about this Vrbo. Great communication, spotless house. We enjoyed our trip very much. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Memphis.

Location was outstanding, and the responsiveness of the management company was astounding, even outside of office hours. The property itself was darling, had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. The only thing we weren't too keen on was that the place felt damp all week, although the management company did try to address it by dropping off a dehumidifier. Overall, I would recommend booking with Pettigrew Adventures.

Just what we wanted!

Upon arrival we made sure we could check in a lil bit early so we messaged our host. She answered immediately and made sure the door code would work for us. Cute place and just what we wanted for our short stay!! It was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The vino was a nice unexpected touch! We will definitely book again when back in Memphis! Cheers!!!

Nice place for a short stay

The property was lovely and laid out fairly well. All amenities worked as described and the kitchen had enough dishes for our family (which is oddly rare with these things). A couple of items didn't work quite right (i.e. the bedroom light could not be turned off to keep the ceiling fan going; you had to turn the fan off to turn the light off, and the room got tad warm in the night), plus the TVs turned on with some questionable content showing (which wasn't too bad since we didn't really use them much and might have been the result of previous renters). Overall, we'd stay here again if we went back to Memphis for a weekend.

That experience coupled with my third-generation knowledge of real estate development and design makes me passionate about providing upscale and functional properties conveniently located to the heart of the city that I love. I am a lover of local, fine art and am always looking for a fun piece to showcase in my properties. I am a dog mom of two and adore the many pet friendly places in Memphis that allow my “kids” to accompany me.
