Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in Marathon! Our smoke-free property is modern, clean and features a 37ft long concrete dock, perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. With easy access to the movie theater, Sombrero Beach, Turtle Hospital, Publix, Walgreens, and delicious restaurants, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. We can't wait for you to experience the peacefulness and convenience of our lovely home.

EV Charger
Guests have complimentary use of an EV charger during their stay. It’s a Tesla Mobile Charger with a NACS plug, powered by a 30-amp RV outlet, so you can easily charge your vehicle while enjoying your time in paradise.

Great stay!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. We really enjoyed it. Great location and walking distance to a lot of places. Right on the canal we were able to store a boat which was perfect for us. House was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks!

Waterfront bliss

My son and I stayed here for a week of tarpon fishing, the house was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The canal was great and had plenty of room to park our 24’ boat. It takes about 20 minutes at idle speed to get to open water. Can walk to restaurants and room to park our boat trailer. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation week

We had an awesome week in Marathon! First, Christy was so accommodating to us from the start. We drove 14+ hours and she went above and beyond helping us to get settled earlier than our normal check in. When we arrived, the rental is super clean and so cute. Christy even left us a key lime pie in the fridge that was DELICIOUS! If we ever travel back to Marathon, we will be staying again.

Staying in Marathon

We enjoyed our stay in Marathon, a great deal. Plenty of things around to do, great nightlife and restaurants! Our host Christy was absolutely amazing. We talked to her in the month or two leading up to our visit and throughout our stay she was able to answer all of our questions and give great advice for the area. The pie she left for us in the fridge was amazing too!!!! The home was right on a canal behind some local outlet stores and we watched manatee and other wildlife throughout the week. I would certainly recommend staying at this fashionable home in Marathon.

We absolutely loved the property and found it perfect for the activities we had planned in Marathon. Having a place to dock the boat directly behind the house made our stay so much easier. The large yard which was fenced in gave our five year-old twin boys, a safe place to play while my husband cleaned the fish. We even had the extra bonus of showing the boys a manatee that was directly behind the house in the canal. We also liked the fact that there was room to park our boat trailer in the side yard. The home was impeccable. Everything was absolutely immaculate. The 7 mile bridge is about a 20 to 25 minute ride through the harbor at idle speed, but there are a lot of interesting homes, boats, restaurants, and other scenery to look at that makes the ride seem shorter. We had a lucky day fishing not far from the 7 mile bridge and came home with some good sized yellowtail and mutton snapper. The kitchen could have had more pots and pans and baking trays, but was still sufficiently furnished. One of the highlights of our stay was discovering the tasty Keylime pie in the refrigerator, thanks to the gracious hospitality of our host Christy. She responded to all of my messages and questions within minutes and we honestly could not have asked more from her. She was wonderful & so was her property. Will definitely stay here again.
