Great spot!

Stood here for a fishing trip and it was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. Will be our spot every year from now on.

Great area! Wonderful property. Enjoyed the bedrooms, kitchen ( has everything you need plus)my .

My son ad his teens loved everything. The pool, hot tub,and pool table . Place was clean and wonderful. Dog loved it too. Looking forward to coming back soon.

2nd Stay

We stayed at this location last summer and enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked again for this summer. Once again, we enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect for two very hot and humid summer days, we toasted s'mores on our last night, the guys enjoyed playing pool downstairs. Thank you for hosting us a second time. We look forward to staying.again.

Wish I could stay longer

Property was wonderful for us. Host sent someone to help when water heater went out. Fixed within hours. Will book again if we come back.

Son‘s wedding

Beautiful home in quiet safe neighborhood. Has everything you would need and more. We needed a place to stay close by for my son’s wedding. It was great having a pool table for the guys. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning. All the bedrooms have the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. I hope to get a chance sometime in the future to rent the house again and have more time to stay and really enjoy it.

Awesome Place!

It was a big house with a ton of room. 4 full size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge TV’s in every room! Downstairs area has walkout to back yard and jacuzzi, pool table and spacious bar area. Backyard with pool area and string lighting. Nice yard area for stretching out. Fire pit for wood or a propane fire pit on the back patio area. Great place to have people visit. Will book again every year!

Fantastic outside. Bedrooms sparse

The outside patio, pool, hot tub is 5 stars. Loved eating outside. The basement pool table and large screen TV was great. Kitchen had big and well stocked. Only issues were the bedrooms. All beds were comfortable. Missing chests and nightstands small. One bedroom was all black. Lastly, one of the bathrooms was broken and we were not told ahead of our visit. It was these reasons I had to give it only 4 stars.

Not worth the $$$

I didn't feel the property was very clean. We found that there were mice in several of the bedrooms. The hot tub was not clean so there really wasn't much to like in the middle of September. The pool was open but cold due to the time of year. Personally we wouldn't stay at this property again.

A Great Local Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is very quiet and peaceful. The kids really enjoyed spending most of their time in the pool. The dads enjoyed the pool table while the moms relaxed outside on the huge patio. We did find a small amount of dirt/debris settled in the pool bottom upon arrival. The owner offered to send someone to look at it, but the kids didn't care and were in it most of our stay so we opted to wait until check out. The listing shows 3 bathrooms, but we only had access to 2. I didn't realize this until after check out or I would have asked the owner if there was a way to gain access to the 3rd bathroom. (I assumed one of the rooms another couple stayed in had a bathroom off of it, but was told after that the door was locked). My only suggestion for the owners would be to put together a binder for guests so that extras (i.e. - propane, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels) can be found easily and quickly. We look forward to staying again soon!

Oswego Property

We did have a great stay. I wish I could give them all 5 stars but we did have trouble getting information at check in which made our group a little nervous! We did call VRBO and they were able to get ahold of the property manager. We did send him messages two weeks before and 2 days before and didn’t hear anything. After VRBO contacted them, we didn’t have any trouble at all! Just a small hiccup. House was very clean, pool was a little dirty. The listing does list 3 bathrooms and there are only two working. It also lists 4 bedrooms (one being a couch) but it was actually a bed (bonus for us!). It also said there is a home gym but there was not. We did not have propane for the fire pit and needed to buy pellets for the grill. Overall, it was really a great property. Very convenient to town and did just what we needed to! We would stay here again.

A lot of miscommunication

House was beautiful. Carpets on the ground did slide around a lot, so we were nervous of falling or accidentally moving around furniture. We stayed here for our wedding weekend. First miscommunication was when we requested the venue. Listing states that you can have parties there with a maximum of 30 people if communicated with the owner. We let them know that our bridal party was staying at the Vrbo with us and that we planned to have our rehearsal dinner there the night before our wedding. Maybe it was my fault that I wasn’t specific about who that included, but considering the listing stated up to 30 we felt that our groomsmen, bridesmaids, parents, grandparents, siblings, and officiant (24 people) would be okay. Host assumed it was just bridesmaids. I reached out a couple weeks prior to confirm our plans. Host didn’t respond until less than a week before our stay saying that it states in their listing no parties and also that there was a limit of 6 cars (did not see that anywhere on listing or messages). Host didn’t confirm that we couldn’t have anyone except the 11 people staying until days prior, leaving us with limited options for our rehearsal dinner. We ended up having to have our rehearsal dinner elsewhere and had to spent another $1K instead of just having dinner at the house. Second was when we were checking out. We had messages and email confirmation stating our check out was at 11AM. Host sent a message at 9:48AM that we had to be out by 10AM for the cleaner.
