Ce premier établissement met en vedette certains des plus belles vues sur la baie et le lac. Il est niché sur la cÎte ouest de la baie juste en face du magnifique Fair Haven Beach State Park et moins d'un mile de la barriÚre Park West. Vous pouvez vous attendre à vous détendre et regarder la baie de l'un des trois ponts ou grand quai permanent. Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres avec de nouveaux matelas de luxe de la marque. Il ya trois salles de bain avec eau chaude en continu. Grande cuisine avec beaucoup d'espace de comptoir. Grande chambre avec salon et salle à manger avec des siÚges pour quatorze pour se divertir. vie supplémentaire et de divertissement sur le niveau inférieur, y compris cinéma maison, table de billard et d'un réfrigérateur supplémentaire et lavabo. buanderie séparée avec machine à laver et sÚche-linge. Family vacation

We had a great time. The double kitchen was amazing. Enough room for all the cooks. The lower level worked well for all the boys. The guys went on a charter fishing trip, caught enough fish for a nice fish dinner.

Made for a big family

A large property with lots of room and sleeping quarters. Excellent view of the bay and Lake. Hot tub was a hit. Kitchen is well laid out with double refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers. Enjoyed the home theater watching a classic musical.

Perfect vacation.

Absolutely gorgeous property and so much for the kids to do! Great dock, if you have a boat, pool table, hot tub, fire pit what more could you ask for. This place certainly lives up to the reviews!

Beautiful vacation rental

We stayed here for a long weekend in June and were happy we chose this property. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful water views, and the host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The house is in a great location with a winery just down the road and a beautiful state park a few miles away.

Great Place to stay

We had a large group of 18 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has 2 of most things and that was very helpful. The yard and dock were great for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return!

Perfect wedding getaway!

We had the absolute best stay and it was perfect for housing our bridal party after our wedding. The house is absolutely breathtaking and offered so many amenities to keep us entertained! And I mean - you cannot beat the views! I highly recommend this property and the owners were incredible to work with! Can't thank them enough for the perfect stay after our perfect day!

 WOW!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! We stayed here for our wedding at Collocas and had our entire bridal party stay here with us. Everyone fit so comfortably and we had so much space! The views were incredible!! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future :) What an amazing house!

Wonderful vacation spot

We just ended the most beautiful week at Xanadu and didn’t want to leave! This is our 5th year renting from the Coopers for our annual family reunion/vacation. The house comfortably fits 3 families with children and grandparents. Fair Haven is a special place for our family and this property meets everyone’s needs - from the spacious dining and living areas to enjoy each others company, catching the sunrise and sunsets from the deck, taking a quick dip or boat ride in the bay, use of the fire pit and hot tub, proximity to the state beach, winery, and adorable shops in the village, etc. We find so much joy in watching the next generation of our family experiencing the beauty and fun of Fair Haven from this perfect location. Thanks to Brad and Bernie for hosting us another year and we are already looking forward to next year!

The Xanadu property completely blew my expectations out of the water!! It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures show- the pictures honestly don’t do the property enough justice. Absolutely beautiful home and the windows in the dining/living room and open kitchen on the second floor are just gorgeous. Watching the sunrise on my wedding morning was one of the best memories from that day. The house was super clean and very nice. Plenty of space for all 10 of my bridesmaids and family to stay the night before. Great space in the lower level with the pool table and theater seating. The hot tub and fire pit was a lot of fun and well maintained. Love how everything overlooks the lake. The owner was super friendly and very quick to get back to me with any questions I had which i really appreciated. My family and I look forward to coming back next year on my anniversary for a long weekend stay to enjoy here again. Can’t recommend enough!!

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Our 2nd year Celebrating Thanksgiving Weekend at Xanadu
..when we talked about location over the summer everyone said “let’s go back to the house we used last year” We had 10 this year and plenty of space to spread out or plenty of space to gather for food and games. Great location, love visiting Colloca Winery. Def recommend this rental for any event even if your group is bigger. Clean, comfy and inviting!!

Great Property

This house worked out great! We rented the property for our son's wedding at Colloca. It was just a short few minutes drive to the venue. We had friends and family staying with us, The 3 levels of the home worked out perfect. There is a bathroom on each level. We had a minor hiccup but the property owner was right on it and it was taken care of. The view was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property. Enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation a Success!!!

What a great time we had at this property!!! Ben and Bernie were great hosts! Very thorough during initial walk through. Home had everything we needed for our family trip with 20 people. Plenty of room for sleeping and enjoying the property as a group. Kitchen setup was great it had everything you needed to make a great meal. The two refrigerators in kitchen were great and bonus one on the lower lever a plus! Linens and towels were plentiful. We made great memories around the fire every night. We would return for another stay!

Beautiful

The property is absolutely stunning. Right on the lake, the sunrises were gorgeous. The house is much bigger than it looks on the outside. We rented it for 18 of us going to a wedding down the road. There was so much space for everyone to enjoy their time without feeling like we were all on top of each other. The owners were wonderful helping us whenever we had any problems, which wasn’t often and so minimal. We have talked about renting it again next summer for a more laid back weekend to enjoy the time there.

Relax and unwind

Relax and unwind at Xanadu! Our group consisted of 11 adults (2 families), The home has wonderful views of the lake, and plenty of seating from several different spots. Upper balcony, main floor deck, outside fire pit, and several spots down by the water. The home has a large yard which makes it a great place for kids to run around. Good for adults who just want to hang out with friends. You can walk into the lake from the shoreline (don’t forget your water shoes!) or jump right in from the dock. King beds where a little on the firm side, but the queen size were comfortable.
