Amazing Views of Lake Otisco await you at this stunning upstate New York vacation rental. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath Hilltop Retreat, nestled on 5 private acres, has everything you'll need for a relaxing Friends or Family getaway. Enjoy a full equipped chefs' kitchen, huge open floor plan, multiple living spaces, & our private 5 acres with the best views. Our vacation rental includes almost everything you'll need for a relaxing fun stay, from linens & bedding, shampoo & bodywash, ground coffee, Robes for the hot tub, and so much more. We offer the perfect place for those "Girls Weekends", "Fun Family Retreats", and Skiing or Hiking getaways. Guys don't feel left out, we have several golf courses close and many great upstate courses just a short drive away. Take advantage of the many waterfalls and hiking trails in the areas too. Spend time exploring during the day, and relax at night in the hot tub or sit around the outdoor fire pit and share stories with your friends and family. We have several outdoor games for use, from corn hole, to ladder ball, and bocce. In the evenings gather on the huge lawn to play some games or take in the amazing sunsets from the deck. Our 3000 sq. ft. villa has plenty of room for up to 8 guests and 2 dogs, to spread out and relax. Make sure to plan a visit to the many nearby wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses, & apple orchards, or rent a boat and spend the day on Otisco or Skaneateles lake. Take advantage of our close proximity to the eastern side of the Finger Lakes region and all that the lakes and surrounding communities have to offer. We are centrally located 25 minutes south of Syracuse & 25 minutes north of Cortland off Interstate 81. We are a great spot to stay if you have kids attending Syracuse University or SUNY Cortland. In the winter months snuggle up next to our wood fireplace for a romantic evenings while you watch the snow fall over the lake, or find plenty of wintery fun visiting the 3 local ski areas just minutes away from our villa. Song Mountain (10 minutes) Labrador Mountain (16 minutes) Greek Peek (25 minutes) Snowmobiling trails are just a 100 yards off the end of our driveway and easily accessible (NY Registration required). Unplug from your daily grind and reconnect with friends & family while staying at our home. Remember, you're on vacation, relax, recharge, laugh a lot, and have fun.

Lovely home in a peaceful setting!

This was our second time staying at the Hilltop Retreat. The house is spacious - enough room for my family upstairs and my sister's family downstairs to spread out. We love the large open living room and deck for sitting. The hot tub is amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable and we hope to return again!

First family vacation with grown kids

Love love this area and the home/property. We fixed dinner at home 2 nights and ate out another. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The view of the lake and the western view made for stunning sunset pics. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Resort & Spa near Otisco Lake! The house is beautiful — the living spaces are incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The outdoor areas are just as impressive, with plenty of space to spread out, unwind, and take in the stunning, peaceful view of the lake. It’s a very quiet spot, which made it even easier to truly unplug and relax.There are a couple of good restaurants nearby — we especially enjoyed The View and The Loft — and if you’re looking for even more options, Skaneateles is not too far away and makes for a great day trip.The owners were fantastic — very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience.We’d definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway with incredible lake views. We hope to come back again!

Awesome!

Great location near the Finger lakes and close to Syracuse. Many activities close by, but that doesn’t matter, because its so nice that you won’t want to leave! Everything was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The view of lake Otisco was amazing! It was so relaxing to wake up each morning to enjoy our coffee just taking in the view! The other views on the property consisted of beautiful wooded areas and rolling farm fields. Very quiet and picturesque! The property is secluded and situated on a large private lot with no neighbors in sight. This gave us a real break from reality, that was very much needed. The owners clearly pay very close attention to detail and care about the property and the stay of their guests. The wood stove and hot-tub put this over the top for us. We brought along our 1 year old Yorkshire Terrier who also fell in love with the property as much as we did, and he felt right at home. We highly recommend this property and we hope to return again soon!

Peacefull and beautiful

It was a hot week in June. loved the place and views. Kitchen upstairs a problem for my wife and sister in their seventies. Need another zone to spread cool to upstairs. Loved the well water. I live on a hill at home with well water and cant stand city water. Roads were fantastic with no traffic, although it is a long way to anywhere. Only 5 of us were able to make it, but was a good time.

Great location

We came up for Syracuse family weekend and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well equipt, spacious and private. Loved the hot tub and big screen TV. Very relaxing. The house website/guide was full of great info on attractions, restaurants etc. we would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again on our next visit.

Looked great! Hosts have A LOT of rules..

We booked this as a place to stay while going to a family reunion the next town over. The house is as pictured and would be really great, but for the hosts. As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. My guests (registered) and I felt watched the entire time. Meanwhile, the oven was full of grease that filled up the house with grease whenever used, soap and TP ran out on day 1. While they offered to send cleaners while we were there, because of there rules, it wasn't worth the hassle. It looks like a great place to relax, we never felt we could.

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway

Wonderful stay in the mountains for our girls weekend. Beautiful and clean home. We only had one issue where the power went out (this was the whole town) and the owner was VERY responsive even though it was early in the morning. We would love to come back!

Our 2nd FIVE STAR STAY!

We returned here, this time with our Besties couple, because we LOVE so so so many aspects of this property from the STUNNING VIEW to the well-appointed kitchen! We greatly appreciate that there's 2 bedrooms with King size beds AND the privacy of separate floors & separate bathrooms!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the main attraction, the hot tub, of course! Our friends enjoyed the wood stove keeping us all warm inside. Did I mention, this place is dog friendly offering multiple size crates AND dog bowls!!! We also LOVE the proximity to Beak & Skiff, cute local towns to explore, breweries, wineries & cideries! If you are considering staying here, go for it!

Great place for a snow day

A blizzard rolled through during our stay which made fire awesome views the next day. The woodstove kept us all super toasty and the kitchen had everything we needed!

Tully is located In the heart of Central New York, The town is made up of beautiful natural landscapes and a warm, small-town atmosphere which emphasizes family and community. Our Vacation villa is located on the western edge of the town surrounded by rolling hills and pastures. We have one of the best views of Otisco Lake. Tully is located just south of Syracuse and north of Cortland on I-81 so it is very convenient to get to. Tully is an amazing town and we love every minute we get to spend there. The community is always welcoming and we hope you will get to witness this too when you stay at our home.
