Memory Lane at Wintergreen is a spacious 4 Bedroom Condo Town with tall cathedral ceilings. The unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course and boasts 4 bedrooms with 2 baths and sleeps 10. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located in the second floor loft.



The main floors boasts a large living room with plenty of space to sprawl out on the couch or find your perfect chair for relaxing in. The main floor TV has cable and bring your own Netflix. The dining room features a large dining table with plenty of seating for your group. Take your group outside to enjoy the patio seating, BBQ and views of the golf course. Relax after a long day by the gas fireplace. Have lots of ski gear? No problem! Plenty of room for your group to store your skis / snowboards and gear while not on the hill.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closets.



Two parking passes will be provided and need to be used in your car. Without the passes you could receive a ticket. Parking passes must be left in the unit upon checkout or a $50 fee will be billed to replace.

Wintergreen backs onto Monterra Golf Course and is located within a 2-5 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, Restaurants, shops, and more!



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is accessible by walking / biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood with grocery stores and shopping is located within a 10-15 minute drive. Thornbury is within a 10-15 minute drive.
