25 Anniversary Getaway - Perfect Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the sleek look of the cabin. Just as pictures described. Very comfy master suit bed, absolutely loved the bathtub in the master suit! Plenty of hot water (with the size of the tub I was concerned, but it was great).

Ok stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were informed there was an issues with the HVAC but there should be enough airflow that we would be fine. We were laying in bed sweating I called maintenance and they offered to bring a window unit over. By the time we got there and settled, called maintenance, and the unit was up and running it was after midnight. It was a 3rd floor bedroom with temp over 80 degrees and high humidity we shouldn’t have had to ask for the unit it should have been installed when they knew the HVAC was not working. Otherwise the cabin was pretty and as photos described.
VrboOwner a répondu le 17 sept. 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and found it to be as pictured and described. We understand how uncomfortable it would have been to arrive and find the third-floor bedroom warm and humid, especially late at night. While we had informed you of the HVAC issue prior to your arrival and believed there would be sufficient airflow, we understand that the actual conditions were not what you expected. Our maintenance team did provide a window unit once the issue was reported, and we also issued compensation for the HVAC inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback regarding having the supplemental unit in place prior to arrival. We’ll certainly take that into consideration when handling similar HVAC situations in the future. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

A Memorable Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was pretty awesome! A comfortable bed made for great nights’ sleep. The soaking tub was nice. The theater, arcade, pool and sauna also added to the experience. The only drawback to this cabin is that the view looks into a wooded area, so if you want to see the Smokies this cabin may not be the best choice. Very professional and responsive rental company. Would definitely stay with them again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is really cute and has great amenities but there are wide open windows up in the open plan bedroom/bathroom and the other houses are really close so there’s not as much privacy in that area as there should be. But the bathtub and the sauna are great!

We enjoyed the private pool which was the perfect temperature; then got to enjoy a nice hot sauna. If that’s not enough at night we enjoyed watching a movie in the theater and playing some bubble hockey! Relaxing Stay with Great Safety Features for Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. The property was beautiful, the location was great, and the overall design and styling felt immaculate and thoughtfully done. It also felt very safe and family-friendly, which was especially important traveling with kids. The shower and bathtub were incredible, and having a private pool and sauna made the experience feel extra special. I also really appreciated the security measures around the pool area — everything was alarmed and designed in a way that helped ensure children couldn’t access it unsafely, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.Overall, the cabin seemed very well maintained. My only criticism was that it appeared to be missing a true deep clean between guests. We noticed jelly smeared on one of the windows, quite a few cobwebs, and when my child dropped a toy under a chair and I moved it, I found remnants from previous guests like drink cans and children’s toys. That said, those issues didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the stay overall. I would absolutely recommend this cabin to others, and we would definitely return for another stay.
VrboOwner a répondu le 25 mai 2026
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review. We are over the moon to hear you and your family enjoyed the cabin, especially the safety features, private pool, sauna, and overall design. Its great to know the space felt both comfortable and family-friendly, and that you were able to relax and enjoy your time together. That said, we are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered. What you described regarding missed items and areas not fully cleaned is not the standard we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing that must have been, especially while traveling with children. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate review to ensure a more thorough deep-cleaning process between guests. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful you would consider staying with us again. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a cleaner and even more seamless experience next time.

Great Cabin with small sacrifices.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great stay at this cabin. It's decorated beautifully and felt really clean and safe. However, we had a few issues with minor details. For example, there was no spare toilet paper, the sinks and the beautiful shower in the main bathroom had drainage problems. Also the air hockey game was broken. We liked that we had plenty of space for our family, the kitchen was well equipped, the kids enjoyed the game room and beds were really comfortable.

Relaxing Cabin with focus on Rest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful with sweeping window views that were two stories. The loft master bedroom featured floor to ceiling windows, a fireplace and went directly into a master bath with walk in shower and a deep soaker tub.The main floor was accented with a wood wall and vintage fireplace to set a soft, restful vibe. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus was the water feature with yoga set up nearby. The bottom floor had a pool which was greatly enjoyed during our trip, a sauna, arcade game and a projector for watching movies.

Better than expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sugar Plum Pines was amazing. It was much bigger than expected. The firplaces were awesome! The view was amazing. The master bath situation does not provide much privacy, although the space is cool. There wasn't much room for everyone to gather together. The theatre room was somewhat small, in that all 4 guests couldn't watch a movie at the same time. We would definitely stay in this or any Elk Springs Property again.

Loved It!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures really don’t give this place enough credit. The style and vibe of the cabin are both super relaxing and fun at the same time. I loved the sauna—it’s perfectly tucked away in the pool room. The pool itself was awesome for kicking back, even with the Arctic Blast outside (we came during a real cold spell!). Everything was sparkling clean, so it felt like we were the very first visitors. Plus, it’s close enough to town that you don’t feel isolated at all. The only nerve-wracking part was driving up the mountain because the roads were icy when we arrived, but the host stayed in touch and guided us the whole way. By the second day, the roads cleared up, and we enjoyed exploring town. While this might be pretty common in Tennessee and with cabins like this, we did have a lot of ladybugs in the bedroom (which ended up being one of my favorite spots in the house!). If bugs aren’t your thing, just be sure to prepare beforehand! Everything about the house is great, from the outdoor area to the yoga room. I can not wait to come back.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the cabin exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the relaxing yet fun vibe, from the sauna and pool to the yoga room and outdoor spaces. It’s especially great to know everything felt sparkling clean and that the location struck the perfect balance between privacy and convenience. We appreciate your understanding with the winter road conditions and are glad we could stay in touch to help you arrive safely. Thank you as well for noting the seasonal ladybugs—this can happen in the mountains during colder weather, but we’re happy it didn’t take away from your experience. We truly appreciate your kind words and can’t wait to welcome you back for another memorable stay! Please be sure to use your repeat guest discount!
