The property was very clean & close to everything. The host was very kind & communicated very well. The property is not located in a very well kept location. I was very concerned BUT although the neighborhood is not appealing it was very quiet & peaceful.

Exactly what you need

This place was great and for a price you won't beat. Fully stocked kitchen, good wifi, nice little neighborhood and fairly close to everthing. Only about a 20-30 minute drive to most places you want to go. Beds are comfy and the hosts are pleasant.

Relaxing plus exploring in the sun

Location in quite neighborhood with 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to explore. There are small beach areas just walking distance, more for relaxing. We loved the white sand beaches and time in the water. Miniature golfing was a real treat. Snorkeling and parasailing were great fun. People we met were very friendly.

No complaints concerning the town house.quiet and nice.very clean and comfortable.however,outside garbage was already full when we arrived.and back yard grass was overgrown.everything else was perfect.would definitely book again, and again.

Absolutely perfect location!

On a quiet street. Minutes from St Andrew’s State Park, which has a quiet beach area. Also, minutes from Panama City Beach, With all the attractions, like go karts, Ripley’s, holding monkeys at the zoo. The host is phenomenal! He would always respond within the hour regarding any questions I had. I will most definitely book with him again.

I would not recommend to stay here at ALL. There were dead roaches on kitchen floor. I did not feel comfortable and felt totally unsafe. Pictures are deceiving.

80 years old guest that did not like the stairs in our townhouse decided to find some lame excuses about the neighborhood being unsafe, to get a refund and never stayed there. Hopefully all my others guests love our place and its great location. Lousy and worthless VRBO customer service didn't help with the situation neither...
