Non-fumeur, propre et moderne ranch maison en continu de smack dab au cœur de Panama City Beach. Un très facile 3 minutes à pied de la plage - paradis absolu! Marche pour Emerald chutes Recreation Center (go-karts, mini-golf, un complexe récréatif intérieur / extérieur), ainsi que des restaurants, des boutiques touristiques, etc. Cette maison est livré "prêt à utiliser" avec des wagons de plage, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, etc. La maison est entièrement rénové - nouvelle cuisine et de nouvelles salles de bains. Maison de 2 chambres peut accueillir confortablement 6. La chambre principale a un lit king size et salle de bain privée - chambre a un lit queen. Verrière dispose de 2 lits pliants et salon a beaucoup de meubles confortables.
Récemment rénové privée piscine creusée et un bain à remous dans le jardin privé. Douche extérieure équipée d'eau chaude et de la vie privée porte TV dans les deux chambres, salon et véranda. wifi dédié.

I really enjoyed this stay, it was very comfortable, close walk to the beach, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay! We would definitely consider returning here.

Lisa is extremely easy to deal with (I have been renting since 2019), The house is in a quiet and safe lil neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach. Lisa provides you with the essentials as far as the house and pool / beach items. Only complaint is I can’t just move in and the main bedroom stays pretty warm in the summer months, but a fan / ceiling fan are provided.

Great location, short walk to beautiful beach. Pool was clean, a bit chilly but kids still enjoyed it. Shower in the master bathroom is quite small, but otherwise house was as advertised. All essentials included which was nice!

We love this house. Close to the beach, private, quiet, back yard with a pool, very clean... and Mrs. Lisa is just awesome. We will definitely go back next year....:)

This is the 5th year we have stayed at this home for vacation. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood , the pool is great, across the street from the beach.

Absolutely perfect!

Can’t beat the location!! And we found ourselves really looking forward to getting back “home” because the house is so comfortable and well-outfitted. You just couldn’t ask for a better place… pool, hot tub, comfortable couches and beds… this owner has thought of everything!

A Relaxing home away from home.

Great location! Everything you need is within minutes of the house. Highly recommend rental place to stay. Very inviting place to stay. The home is very clean and with the pool and hot tub you don’t even need to go to the beach unless you just want to. You will love it. We did. We will definitely return.

Great place!

My husband and our two kids stayed at Mrs. Garmon's house in July. It was awesome! We enjoyed going to the beach that is located just across the street (Thomas Drive). Our kids loved the pool!! So relaxing, beautiful, clean, and convenient!

We enjoyed every second of our stay we didn't wanted to leave! The house is incredibly clean, the location fantastic, everything is close by!! We absolutely loved having a private pool, hot tub and a garage. Just a short walk to the beach and everything you need for a long beach day is in the garage. We will definitely make this our yearly vacation, can't wait to go back! Thanks again Lisa for sharing your home with us!

Lovely spot for a family vacation

We stayed here for a week long family vacation and it was the perfect place. Our 3 and 6 year old kids absolutely loved going in the pool every day. The place was well outfitted with great for the pool and beach as well. They also had roll-up mattresses that the kids used as beds and loved sleeping on them in the guest room with their grandma. The walk to the beach was about a 5 min and there was a well respected crosswalk on the way there. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a small family getaway!

Amazing stay for families

We enjoyed our stay, especially how close we were to the beach! The host provided everything you could need for the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. It’s also good to note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep which is fantastic for families with children. The pool feels larger in-person than in the photos. :) We were able to eat at many great places, find fun things to do, and access plenty of grocery stores within minutes of the property. Highly recommend!

Home away from home!

Lisa was amazing from beginning to end. She has great communication as well as great conversation! The home was everything as pictured and more! The worst part was deciding to stay in and enjoy the hot tub/pool or cross the street for the waves. The kitchen has everything you can think of! Lisa has put great thought and love into making sure our stay was great! My fiancé and I agreed, returning is a must! Thank you so much Lisa for everything!

This home has been in my family for many years. My best and happiest memories have taken place here. Not sure what I love most about this place beach, the pool, the hot tub? Its all about relaxation and fun!!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My favorite part is using the wagon to pull the chairs, toys and cooler across the street to the beach. No car necessary. There is a public access walkway to the beach directly across Thomas Drive. I also really love the outdoor shower and i rarely use the indoor showers.
