The living room and master bedrooms have beautiful views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twins. There is a super comfortable sleeper sofa with "cozy brand" mattress in the living room which will allow the unit to comfortably sleep 6. Unit has two full size bathrooms with the master bathroom having a tub/shower combo and the guest bathroom having a walk-in shower. The large balcony overlooks the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while listening to the waves and watching the dolphins frolic in the surf. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation on the beach!

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
