Quiet and convenient

We loved that the property is on the end of the strip. The place was clean, had nice amenities, beautiful sunset views from balcony, easy access to beach and heated pool.

Great Week

Enjoyed the great weather. Naval museum, armament museum, Fort Pickens were great attractions. Watching the osprey do practice runs, C-17 and F-22 raptors were amazing to watch. Good local restaurants and central to great shopping. The resort has everything you need. Very clean and well decorated.

Best Florida Trip So Far!!!

The condo was fantastic!! My only complaint was how expensive it was to wash clothes. The beach access was wonderful!

Razorback Mom

The condo was a nice size. The rug was stained in the living room but other than that it was very clean. The view was still pretty looking into the bay but if you want ocean view this isn’t it. The condo is still on the same side of the road as the beach but it’s at the back of the complex. I would stay here again.

Quiet, End of Road Location

The location was at the end of public access of the island. More residential than vacation-oriented which is a great plus. The two pools were well maintained. Great tennis court and basketball court. Charcoal grills were a nice addition outside the building. Sidewalks and grounds well-maintained. Easy access to the beach with a small pavilion with built-in benches. A guard at the entrance to the property does expect to be well-informed of all guests and parking situations. Nice lobby area inside the building. Shopping carts, as well as luggage carts, available to get items to your room. We stayed in Building 5, street side. Plenty of parking. Fitness area was also clean. Thick walls between condos, couldn't really hear the neighbors or we had really quiet neighbors. :) Nice beachy furnishings. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect space for two couples, bedrooms not close together. Kitchen area is small but plenty enough space for two people to cook and work in.

Great place to stay in cooler weather

Great location. We had a cool week so it was nice to have a heated pool that was protected From the wind. Easy access to the beach. Condo floor was very dirty. Luckily there was a mop so we mopped the first day and then it was fine. We would stay here again.
