Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain condo joliment décoré est situé au 5ème étage de ce complexe. Tous les meubles dans cet appartement sont neufs en 2011. Il a un nouveau lit king sie dans la chambre principale qui fait face à la plage. Il est un joueur de TV et DVD dans la chambre. La grande chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 nouveaux longs lits doubles supplémentaires et d'une télévision. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé-lit et une chaise de salon pour votre confort. Il ya un écran plat LED TV avec lecteur DVD et d'un accès Internet sans fil. La grande cuisine est bien équipée pour cuisiner et se divertir. Une douche de plain-pied dans la salle de bains principale et un bain dans la seconde. Il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo pour votre commodité. Le balcon est de 30 pieds de sièges confortables pour voir le golfe du Mexique dans le style. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous. Regarder les spectacles matin Dolphin premières ou les magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Good experience.

This was the first time in Ft. Walton and it was a great choice to stay. Checking in was quick and easy, room was clean and ready when we got there, updates have been done that adds character! Family friendly and quiet place to vacation.

Amazing Property!

Loved this condo! Bar area was awesome, kitchen, and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The balcony was huge and had a gorgeous view!!

The property is as advertised. Great view of the gulf. Access to the elevators and the beach was easy and fast. We had an issue with the dishwasher but the management company was very quick to respond. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

Adult family vacation. This condo had everything you could possibly need. Well stocked, the garbage disposal leaked, they sent someone up immediately to fix it. We will definitely stay here again. The complimentary beach chairs were so nice. The balcony was huge, multiple people can be on it and not feel crowded . I can’t say enough good things about this place.

The view was perfect, and the walk to the beach was effortless. Check-in was really easy, even after hours, by swinging by the office, which is en route to the property, and grabbing the key. We'd certainly recommend this for your next stay at Fort Walton Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 2 bedroom Condo on the beach gave us the R&R we needed just before school started. Very roomy. Well equipped. Great location! Beach service was great! Everything worked well and the beds slept great!! Our only complaints come with suggestions: Need a pair of scissors in the kitchen and next time you redo something, redo the microwave over the stove and put a cover vent in and put the microwave on the counter or take out the cabinet and move the microwave up.

Beautiful views, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was a slight musty smell when you entered, but we had plenty of Lysol spray. The kitchen cabinet doors seemed alittle dirty but there were plenty of kitchen utensils so that was a plus. Really, all the furnishings could use an update, but it had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The unit was very spacious and the balcony furniture and views were amazing! Stopping at the Realty Office before we could check in was alittle inconvenient, we prefer getting a door code and going directly to the condo after our long drive. We would definitely stay at Surfdweller again.

Lots to Love. A Few Things to Fix

First the good: The location is perfect. The beach service is well-executed. The condo is quite spacious. The balcony is large and has, in addition to standard seating, a dining table and chairs. Finally, with the exception of the kitchen, the condo is not as dated as the photographs make it look. However . . . that kitchen is really dated. And the off-site check-in is a pain. And we killed a bug or two. And the smart TVs apparently have to be paired with a smartphone to work, as the provided remote controls were totally useless. And the price is a bit higher than other, better, already-booked places. That said, we'd stay here again in certain circumstances and had, on the whole, a wonderful time.

White Sand Beaches Getaway

This property has an outstandingly spacious layout. The views from the sliding glass door walls from the living area and master are breathtaking. The large balcony more than accommodated us. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer is great. The master is gorgeous with a walk in closet and vanity area. The other bedroom could use more comfortable beds. The beds were the only setback, but resting on the beach made up for it. Beach services were wonderful. We always love Okaloosa. Surf Dweller will be a must from now on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very spacious with lots of sitting room in the living and on the balcony, which can be rare to find. The kitchen is rather well stocked, but the dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes very well at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also spacious. One complaint- there were Goldfish and M&Ms under the entertainment center and in the recliner. Overall, we would definitely return to this condo.

Beaching it

We had a great time overall. We did experience some issues with the elevators not working which was an inconvenience especially on our last day and trying to get everything down to the car since the Condo is on the 5th floor.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was extremely clean and every area was roomy. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and all of the appliances worked well. We enjoyed the beach service and left Ft Walton well rested. We hope to return to this area again!
