The attractive bedding arrangements make this a perfect option for a large family or two families traveling together. Guests can stay inside and still know that they are in the heart of the Rockies. From the living room, take in beautiful views of snow-capped Peak 10 and the scenic property grounds (don't miss the twinkling lights in the trees during the winter). From the bedrooms, see the sweep of Breckenridge with the mountains as a backdrop. The decor is a playful and tasteful mix of Western and mountain, from the antler chandelier to the many colorful blankets and pelts gracing the walls and railings. The well-equipped kitchen is just right for cooking for a crowd, and guests feel right at home with a true wood-burning fireplace, multiple televisions, a DVD player, and well-stocked cabinets full of books, videos, DVDs, games, and puzzles for all ages. In the summer, a gas grill and picnic table are just steps away in the landscaped Pine Ridge courtyard lawn.

When you book this charming condo, you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Breckenridge

We loved the location, we could walk to everything! There is a lot of decorations, which can be a little overwhelming to little ones, but they did fine with them. The communication was great from the property management. The pool was nice and clean, just a short walk to get there. We will stay there again!

VERY cluttered, with too many animal skins to count
 cows, horse with tail, bear, hooves on mirror
 just over the top & “decor” (aka, clutter) in every corner. This is NOT a Ski-Out property, only Ski-In. Be prepared to walk up ALOT of stairs.

Great stay

This condo is perfectly located near the snowflake lift, town and the bus stops within 100 feet of the complex. It is bright, airy, decorated in a beautiful western motif and is stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with a great assortment of spices, sugar, tea bags and loads of pots and pans. Everything is neatly organized and labeled. You can see that the owners take great pride in keeping this one of the nicest condos in the complex.

Amazing View- 2F

The Pine Ridge 2F had the most amazing views. Our family loved the rustic mountain cabin feel. It was very relaxing after a fun-filled day of activities around town. The unit had everything you could need. Plenty of spices and cookware if you choose to eat in. This home was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the condominiums and the staff in the office were very friendly and personable as well. WONDERFUL LOCATION!! Walking distance to everything for an amazing price!
