Warm, fresh decor, extra sleeping spaces, and a convenient, central location make this ski-in condo an excellent value. It's located just across the street from the office, a free town shuttle stop, and the hot tub. In the summer, step outside to use the gas grill and picnic table on a small lawn. Lots of well-coordinated comfortable seating surround a cozy wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and look out to big windows. Catch up on some movies on the TV with cable and a DVD player or listen to your own music on the stereo with an iPod dock. Sturdy rustic pine seating at the huge breakfast bar and dining area brightens and opens up the room.

The primary suite has a big bed and a second TV for privacy. The peeled pine log bunk bed in the guest bedroom makes this condo a nice choice either for two couples, a big family, or even two small families.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Check in and communication with property mgmt was very good, attentive and helpful. The condo is a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen could use some new pots/pans but otherwise fine. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Convenient location to town and free shuttles.

Excellent location, with a spacious layout and nicely furnished. Great parking and well appointed with plenty of dishes and cookware, extra towels. Great outdoor hotub. There are a few stairs but if you can't handle them you probably shouldn't be skiing.

Everything was clean and worked well. Check in and check out was easy and the front desk was very responsive for towels. My only complaint was that the coffee maker could've been larger as this place sleeps over 4 people and the machine only holds enough coffee for 2-3 cups at a time.

A wonderful retreat

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Pine Ridge. The condo was beautiful and just the right size for our 5 family members. We loved having space to relax and enjoy each other’s company after hiking. The location of the condo was perfect-easy to walk to town, the gondola, and hiking trails. The communication with the property managers was easy as well as the check-in and check-out. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and I loved having a washer and dryer as well as full kitchen. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location

Great location a short walk to town and a quick shuttle ride to the Beaver Run base area. There was plenty of space for our group, and the place had everything we needed for a long weekend. You do have to check-in/check-out at the office across the street, but the process was quick.

This is a great condo. We stayed with our 19 year old and 22 year old and had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The kitchen was fairly well stocked even providing lots of spices to make eating in easier. They even provided two humidifiers to help with the dry air. (One thing I wish we had known was the condo is 30 stairs up with no elevator. With the elevation and gear it was a tough climb every day.) The location is amazing! To ski you simply cross the street to the free bus stop which will take you about a block up to the nearest lift. Skiing home was as simple as using the 4 o'clock trail and crossing the street again. Incredibly convenient. The condo is also walkable to Main Street for easy access to restaurants and shopping. We used the hot tub each day. It's connected to the building and the perfect way to end our ski days. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay is just as pictured! It’s large, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a shuttle stop across the street that will take you anywhere you need, a lift just down the road, and a hot tub attached to the building.

Host was good, we were late to check in. Exactly directions to where our paperwork was not the best, we had to drive around to find the office as it was on the other side of the road, but they told us it was at the same building. Some opportunitiesHot tub was not hot, and actually go colder when you turned it on.Hot tub closed at 8 PM, barely done with dinner by then, so had to rush or go first and eat late dinner. Unit amenities for cooking were fair to poor. Utensils were missing, no scissors, pizza cutter, one spatula, cheap and/or limited / non existent. Pots and pans were also limited and cheap / small. Crock pot was tiny, not great to feed a bunch of hungry skiers, air fryer would be a good thing to have. Prosnice layout, good space for group. Check out was great.

Many things were not working. My child got stuck in the shower because the door wasn't working -- very frightening! And then we had to wait almost 24 hours for a curtain installment for the rest of the stay. The refrigerator was leaking and we were getting moisture and ice drippage. The vacuum did not work. The balconies were so filthy we didn't get to use them. The kitchen utensils were so dirty that we just bought our own plasticware and paper bowls to get through our stay. The unit was not ready for us at 4PM when we arrived to check in.

We had a wonderful experience here! Place was super clean, and loved being just a 5 minute walk away from the Snowflake lift! The fireplace was very enjoyable, too.
