Fulton House is a charming escape in the heart of the Catskills, located 2.5 hours from NYC.



Set on 13 peaceful acres with a mix of woodland and open meadow with plenty of space to explore, this home has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Amenities include a wood burning stove, firepit, pool table and game room, outdoor dining, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region, including great fly-fishing spots! Main St. in Roscoe is also just minutes away!



The Space:

Just a five minute drive from the center of Roscoe, Fulton House is tucked up in the woods, fronted by an open stretch of level lawn. The interior marries a contemporary sensibility (think light and glass) with a rustic vibe (the pine paneled ceiling, and country views) and excels at hosting groups and families due to its numerous gathering spots.



Entering via the lower level, you can drop your outdoor gear and then take in the various leisure activities set up for you. There is the comfy sectional and TV for your binge watching pleasure, a games table perfect for cards, puzzles or board games, a darts board and a pool table where you always have next game.



There is a half bath down here, as well as a laundry room, which is quite handy for longer-term stays.



Upstairs two sets of bedrooms flank either side of the large, open plan space. The wood stove is the focal point of the lounging area, while the dining table enjoys plenty of dedicated space, not to mention a view out over the lawn. So many of the important moments connecting everyone take place around the dining table, so it’s fitting that the modern kitchen with island is well-appointed, facilitating the preparation of these meals with ease.



The master bedroom with king bed is quite spacious and is en suite with a modern bathroom with tub/shower behind the sliding barn door. The bedroom next door has two twins. On the far side of the great room are another two bedrooms (queen and full) and a shared bathroom with modern tiled shower.



When the leaves have fallen it’s easy to glimpse distant hills through the bare trees. In summer, the lush woods encircle the large lawn, where the fire pit beckons, and a long deck off the main space is guaranteed to be your hangout both day and night.



Other Things to Note:

A/C: There is a mini split unit in the living room and window units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Fans are provided for the fourth bedroom with twin and full beds.
