Ocean View Condo In Old Town 1 Block From Los Muertos Beach

Located in the south end of the Zona Romantica, this 1600 sq. foot beautiful two bedroom, two and a half bath condominium has an amazing view of the Old Town which surrounds Banderas Bay. Sliding glass doors open to a large terrace which offers a full panoramic view of the Bay, allowing you to enjoy migrating whales and beautiful Vallarta sunsets in private while sipping your favorite beverage.

The condominium offers two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, in addition to a half bathroom in the living area. It contains a contemporary kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and freezer, stovetop oven, toaster oven, microwave, and blender. The living area is spacious and includes comfortable seating and dining areas.

The main pool deck is the largest of any complex in Zona Romantica, with a full 180 degree view of the bay. The property is only minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars, Los Muertos Beach, the Malecon (Boardwalk), and the famed Olas Altas pier.

Beautifully renovated 2bd 2ba condo up the hill from the beach. Andrew (host) was very responsive to all questions and requests. Will definitely rebook our next trip to PV!

Great condo, fantastic location!

This condo was great, exactly as advertised! Super close to the beach, awesome places to eat, and many things to do within a short walk. The view from this place is fantastic! You can see the famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets right from the living room and outdoor space. The facility is clean, secure, has a great pool and spacious outdoor terrace. Highly recommend!!

Great Location Great Space

Overall I give this place 5 out of 5 stars. Depending on your wants/needs this place for me was in the perfect location for me to be a short walk to the beach and restaurants and bar/clubs that my friends and I frequent. The host has excellent communication and the check in process was great. The house assistant was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I will even add that it was a god value on the price considering the season. Now for the only part that I will say was a daily challenge, especially after day drinking at the beach, was the need to walk up the stairs/ramp to get the condo. I am not including this to sway anyone from not renting it, I just want to be honest and prepare you for the hike you will make to get back upstairs to the condo. Additionally, I would recommend packing light with no more than a carry on luggage and hang bag/back pack because you will have to carry your luggage up and down some steps. Other than that the condo was great, the host was great and trip was great. Thank You Andrew and Rosalia for a great stay! Look forward to booking next year.

Exactly as described! Amazing view. Great communication with owner. Our arriving flight was delayed 2 hours & property mgr didn’t know but was there for us. Thsnks was wonderful 2week stay!
