This family-friendly beach cottage is just a quick walk ( .7 mi ) to beach via the NE 31st St path/footbridge. Simply cross the street over Oak Island Drive and you will be on your way! This property is NON-Smoking.

Note for guests: All beds come with freshly washed linens, folded and ready for use upon arrival. This is for the peace of mind of our guests that linens are washed between every stay.

Sage by the Sea is impeccably clean, comfortable and ,tastefully decorated. It features beautiful wood flooring with an eat-in kitchen including additional seating at the island.

One bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom.

The master bedroom has 2 full beds and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for a family with children. The open-floor-plan kitchen allows meals to be prepared while conversing with family and friends.

There is a second living area with two twin-sized sleeper sofas. This area is perfect for families with different interests - picture cozying up with a good book in one living area, while a board game goes on in another.

Outside, you'll find a spacious fenced back yard, an outdoor shower, gas grill and patio furniture. Beach gear, chairs and bikes are available to you as well.

The home is pet friendly as well. We allow up to two dogs with an additional fee of $75 per dog (sorry, no cats).

Our home is centrally located near the middle of Oak Island in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. We are just minutes from the beach, the Intercoastal Waterway, restaurants, stores and ice cream shops. We are also just a half block away from the Oak Island Recreation Center.
