This place was wonderful. 4 beds each with their own bath plus a half bath on the kitchen level. A ton of steps which were good some mornings but also an elevator for grocery day, or if someone may have not been fit to walk the stairs. The place had a killer rooftop and outdoor hang area on ground level too. Less than two blocks from the beach. Pricing was super friendly compared to 15 mins north, and honestly Carolina Beach was super chill and a vibe of its own. Peter and Rebekah were great hosts, very attentive and let us check in early as it fit the day. We would 100% rent this place again!!

From the easy check-in to the great location this clean, modern, and well-appointed beach house was a wonderful stay for our girl’s trip. The cozy rooftop lounge was especially sweet. Would stay again.

We had a great family vacation at Seaside Splenda. The location was a short walk to the beach and the lay out of the house was perfect with bathrooms with each bedroom. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The whole house was perfect for our family. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room were great for family gatherings. And the elevator was perfect for bringing all of our food and snacks up to the kitchen on the top floor. The beach was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the backyard and patio. We grilled and played shuffleboard. Lots of fun can be had at the beach house without going anywhere.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The property was well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful rental. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a nice feature for our adult kids and grandkids. We enjoyed dinners in the beautiful kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating for 9 of us. The beds were so comfortable as well as the large living room sectional. Our grandson especially loved the rooftop deck and the backyard which was perfect for a water battle. Our sons-in-law enjoyed the shuffle board and the beach supplies were a huge bonus. The beach was super close, an easy 4-5 minute walk. A very nice beach area, family friendly, great waves for boogie boarding, and fun vendors on the beach (italian ice, Celtic Creamery, hot dogs). So many great local shops, restaurants, mini golf, parks, and other fun things to do. We loved Mike Chappell Park, Celtic Creamery, Surf’s Up Mini Golf, Wake n Bake Donuts, Shenanigans Gift Shop, Kure Beach, Ocean View Restaurant (amazing breakfast!), and morning walks around the neighborhood.

Wonderful stay!

Our family—two couples and four tweens/teens—enjoyed the perfect visit to Carolina Beach. Seaside Splendor was a quick and easy walk to everything we needed. We spent early mornings and evenings enjoying peekaboo ocean views from the rooftop. The house was perfectly sized for family dinners and game nights, while also offering well-appointed porches for quiet time away from our kids.

January stay

The property was as nice as expected, we visited last year in January and was very excited to be able to book again, this trip was design for my granddaughters get together, the property did not disappoint. Plenty room for everyone to be comfortable. The rooftop view is one of the favorite spots for the girls to be!

Hidden Gem

Me and my family had such a great experience at this beautiful property. You are steps from the ocean with easy beach access and also very close to local restaurants. The area was perfect and quiet for us to relax. The host was responsive and accommodating, the house was clean with lots of features and the view from the deck was gorgeous at sunset. I am so happy we booked here and cannot wait to book again in the future!

First time at Carolina Beach

This place was awesome! 4 adults and each of us had our own floor! Two bedrooms each floor with bathrooms was perfect! We’re older married couples and love our space! Our morning coffee on the rooftop was amazing, a little breezy in March but amazing! The kitchen had everything you need and then some!great location and so close to the beach and all the things!!

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed for a long weekend and it could not have been better. The home is beautiful and very clean and has everything you will need for your beach vacation. Location is excellent and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive to any requests we had. The rooftop deck is amazing! The elevator is a wonderful addition to help with the steps. Just an overall fabulous place! We will definitely be back.

Ideal Location and Layout - We will be Back!

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach, and Seaside Splendor was the perfect home base for our trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, close to golf cart rentals, shopping, and still tucked away in a quiet area. The home itself was spacious, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop views were a bonus! The only small downside was crowded street parking—especially when our neighbors were hosting an event, which made the street a bit busy. Still, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We’d love to stay again!

Amazing property

We all loved the property so much. We all had our own bathroom in our bedroom which was super comfortable. But our favorite spots were the big kitchen (we had 3 chefs under the roof) and the rooftop. And on beach days it was so quick & easy to walk back to the house for anything we needed. We brought much for meals so having the elevator to take it all up to the 4th floor made life a breeze. Our guests truly loved the home and we thank you for making it available. The home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We hope to return and do it again.

Lovely Property!!

My family’s decision to stay at Seaside Splendor and have one last hurrah before the kiddos went back to school was a great one. The property exceeded our expectations. From the moment we pulled up to the property and walked in the door, we were impressed. It was clean and very tastefully furnished. The rooftop views are amazing. It’s proximity to the beach was a huge plus. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The host, Peter was very responsive to our inquiries which we appreciated. If our family travels bring us back to Carolina Beach, we will definitely look up Seaside Splendor! We highly recommend this property. Stay here. You will not be disappointed! 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟
