Perfect vacation spot just 4 blocks from the sandy shores of Jacksonville Beach! (7 min walk or 2 min drive to beach access) Not far from Mayo Clinic and TPC Sawgrass.

The bungalow was clean and furnished well. Convenient to the beach, right across the street from a middle school. A good yard and screened in patio. Overall, a very good place to call home for several days.

The host was accommodating to our early 6am flight that arrived at JAX at 7:30am, allowing us to check in at noon, that was very appreciated! House was lovely and clean. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and we even made s’mores. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach.

Heel fijn, netjes en ruim vakantiehuis op loopafstand van het strand met meerdere lekkere restaurants in de buurt. Ook dichtbij leuke uitstapjes en supermarkten.

Great location, very close to 3rd for walking to beach but far enough to miss the noise. Super comfortable beds, very small kitchen but efficient. I loved the sunroom and screened patio. Large backyard with outdoor shower, overall great place for a family stay at the beach!

Great place for a family

We came to visit family in the area. This was a great place to stay with 3 generations.Anne Marie was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. The house was outfitted with a high chair and pack and play, so it was easy to have a 1 year old there along with our 6 and 4 year old grandchildren.It’s been newly renovated and is very clean.We will definitely be back.

Great stay on Jax Beach

We stayed here for two nights for my daughter's graduation from UNF. It was the perfect place for us, gramma, and an aunt. Beds were comfortable, firm mattresses. A/C worked well. We had a little trouble getting two of the burners working on the grill, but after about 15 minutes, they just started working! Firepit area was wonderful and we enjoyed staying out there making stores and chatting. A block from the beach, walked there twice. Very clean, would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

I booked the home for myself. I had my family come visit. My daughter and her husband and two small children can for five days. Then my son and his family came for Easter weekend. The place was the perfect size for their viisits. A quick walk to the beach was a bonus. Great location! So clean!

Perfect Place

We had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Just a few miles from my brother. And close enough other family members came by to visit. The home is beautiful and has everything we were looking for.

This was a very clean and centralized location. Easy to find and get in. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would rent her home again.

Comfortable, spacious and good location at this Teal cottage in North Jacksonville Beach

This was my 2nd time staying at this rental for many reasons: 3 nice sized bedrooms, 2 baths, full sized washer/dryer, carport, 2 1/2 block walk to beach, a 25-minute walk to the Atlantic Beach restaurant row, comfy beds, cute interior with screened porch and a bonus room off the main gathering room with a daybed - perfect spot for yoga! The owners are very responsive and while I was there for my 5-week stay they replaced both the dishwasher & washing machine in record time. The house could use a good power wash to remove sand & first settled onto ledges and in between the bricks. The freezer drawer can be tricky and doesn’t always close properly due to the ice melting under the ice tray and preventing a good seal. I lost frozen foods twice because of this. A couple pieces of the furniture are worn & soiled and in need of replacement but given the track record of the owners, I’m sure these issues will be addressed.Overall a great location and house with responsive management.

Sunshine Daydream

What a great place. Perfect size for our family while we were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UNF. Location was terrific, close to the beach, just down the road from shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to campus and restaurants in downtown JAX. Will definitely stay here again for future visits. Looking forward to coming when it’s more beach weather season. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything. Thank you so much for a great little getaway!!

Enjoyable Stay

Owners are friendly and easy to reach. The house is perfectly described. Our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of space to spread out. Big back yard. Nice sized screen porch area as well. Beds are very comfortable. The daybed in study area is super comfortable as well.

This neighborhood is quiet but close to all the eateries and grocery stores and most importantly to the beautiful beach! My family lived in this area for a few years and it was amazing being able to walk for miles along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.

Sunshine Daydream is a clutter-free, superbly clean home with a great backyard space for socializing. The firepit is a hit during the cooler months! The location is convenient to restaurants in Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach, so it is the best of both worlds.
