About this space
Spacious, pet-friendly, 3 bdrm townhome less than 2 miles from the heart of Montrose in quiet neighborhood.
Features include: Fully equipped kitchen, bedding & towels, washer/dryer, coffee maker, smart TV, high-speed WIFI. Large fenced-in backyard great for dogs to run.
Sleeps 8: 1 king, 1 full, 1 twin w/ trundle, & 1 deluxe queen size air mattress, & baby crib.
Near Black Canyon National Park, Telluride, & Ouray. Great for amazing skiing, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
The space
Very large open area with kitchen and living areas all together. Bedrooms and laundry room branch off the large space. Large master bedroom with large walk-in closet and bathroom. Other bedrooms are smaller.

Everywhere is accessible to the guest except the garage.

Wonderfull place ! Awesome location strategically to do and see many things within an hours drive give or take a few minutes. We managed Durango, Silverton, Telluride abd Ouray all in a few days without feeling rushed for time because of the close proximity to all the possible attractions. I hope we can do it again soon. It was perfect !

We loved our stay! The house is plenty spacious and clean. Everything we needed while in town on vacation. Kids also loved the neighborhood park.

Great place! Spacious and everything you need

The duplex is really clean, nice decor, and well stocked with everything for cooking, sleeping, relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. A great home base for exploring the surrounding mountain areas.

Colorado Get Away

This was the perfect centralized location for touring western Colorado, Utah National Parks, Four Corners and Monument Valley area. Excellent property in every way. Very comfortable and very relaxing, morning coffee on the back porch, quiet evenings, very spacious!

The place to stay in Montrose, CO!

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, modern duplex in Montrose, CO. Everything was as advertised and so clean! It's located in a quiet neighborhood just a block from a nice park and paths we used to walk our dog. There's a small backyard for our dog to do her "business". Our day trips included Ouray, CO, Telluride, CO, and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. The rental was a very convenient central location for all of these. Montrose, though not big, is big enough that we had to drive vs. walk for restaurants, etc. And Montrose has a drive-in theatre that airs "fun" movies on Fri-Sun!

Cute town, even better rental!

We stopped at this rental for a couple nights while touring Colorado. We had 8 full size people, which is the limit listed for this home. The house was clean, spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. The provided air mattress was leaking the first night but after notifying the owner, a new one was delivered the next day and our party got a wonderful night’s rest. Fabulous communication and service on the owner’s part! We would also recommend visiting the local pizzeria, Buckaroo’s. Good pizza, great ice cream and an even better cause!

Exploring Montrose area

Overall this was a great place to stay. Our biggest issue was the sparceness of furniture & bedding. It was advertised that it sleeps 8 & it had a king inflatable mattress. It was a queen. We had 6 adults & we had just enough room for us to sleep. No extra pillows either. Didn't have enough comfortable furniture in the living room for us after a long day, also. But the location & hostess were wonderful. Wouldn't want to discourage anyone from staying there, just want to point out a couple things that could be better.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The current pictures do not do it justice. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this was one of the best. It is immaculate, especially for allowing dogs. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked and has everything you would need to cook, bake etc. The owner has put a lot of thought into providing everything you would need. The beds and linens are extremely nice and comfortable. Everyone in our party commented on the comfort of the beds. There was plenty of space for our party of 5 with the King, Double and 2 Twin beds. We also liked that house has a fenced backyard with some grass for our dogs. The house is located in a neighborhood with a park a block away and walking paths with green space that we enjoyed while walking the dogs. It is also centrally located to many places to visit within 40 mins drive or less. We enjoyed renting a boat and spending a day at Ridgway Reservoir, another day in Ouray and our final day at Black Canyon National Park. We also enjoyed dinner out at Trattoria Di Sofia. The owner, Courtney was very easy to communicate with and accommodating with an early check in. We would highly recommend this house!
