This was a very comfortable, roomy house close to restaurants and groceries in Montrose. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Bonus points for having a piano and being within easy walking distance to Starbucks!

The house was clean and as expected for size. Kitchen was easy to use with all the utensils we needed. There were plenty of extra blankets. The beds and couch were comfortable. We enjoyed a dinner on the patio. Josie had great communication.

Such an awesome stay!! Every single detail was seamless and without any issues. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed and the kitchen was well stocked! Perfect location near all the must visit areas in the region.Will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Rooms were clean and cozy, the PERFECT location for all the things! Sweet quite neighborhood, Josie was very responsive to all of my messages leading up to/during our stay! Perfect spot for a big family with plenty of room, my 18 month old enjoyed all of the sweet little toys & the overload of books! 10/10 would recommend booking with Josie!

Great Central Location

We loved our stay at Josie’s place! It was a lovely, spacious, affordable home central to a lot of outdoor activities in the area. We went to Ouray, Ridgeway State Park, and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We’ve got two littles, and the house was very kid friendly.

Clean, spacious, close to the NPS

We really appreciated all the extras that Josie provided which made using the kitchen while away from home a breeze. All the extras for a toddler like pack and play and high chair.The home was clean and spacious and really close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

I actually didn’t stay at this house. My son was getting married close by. I rented this for my daughter and her family. I spent very little time there but what I saw was lovely. My daughter said it was great, very clean in a great location. I did communicate with Josie and she was very quick to respond and helpful.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing).

Josie was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. We did have issues with the tv- it took multiple people and about an hour to figure it out. There were also ants near the kitchen when we arrived and got worse before we left, but Josie was very responsive and was going to take care of it! Besides those two things - it was great! Family-friendly, great layout, nice neighborhood! We would stay there again!

This was a quiet and safe neighborhood and the house was charming and even had a piano that my son enjoyed playing. Our beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. Josie was exceptionally kind and we were grateful to be able to stay in her home. They were plenty of amenities like laundry detergent and things like that where we did not have to go to the store to run one load of laundry while we were there. Montrose is a great location to spread out and do a ton of things within an hour drive. It’s extremely convenient to get to the grocery store and local restaurants and Josie was kind enough to put together a nice booklet that shared with us all the favorite places! Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

In my opinion, the Western Slope is the best side of Colorado! I love hosting as I get to connect to amazing people from all over, and allow them to see this unique treasure of Colorado.
