Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and spacious close to downtown. Minutes to the Ceres/Dog Park and Riverbottom Park. You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. It's walking distance or less than a minute drive to the Uncompahgre River. You can take a hike or ride bike on Uncompahgre River Trail. If you hike going south on Ceres Park, you'll end up at the River Bottom Park and Montrose Water Park. The park has picnic area, playground, fishing area, water sports, hiking, biking and skateboard park. It has everything for everyone to enjoy.

Host was very welcoming its a new building which is nice, very clean well stocked with kitchen needs she was kind enough to have some kids toys and books even for our little ones very spacious layout. Would stay again.

Clean and does the job

Property was clean and comfortable. There’s a cool area that you can hike close by. Only complaint was the noise from the road that was louder than expected that could be heard from the two bedrooms. Host was super helpful and attentive.

Loved it!

Beautiful, clean home in brand- new condition.The big, empty garage with automatic door is a big plus. It allowed us to park and go in to relax right away without having to unload the car as soon as we arrived. Very convenient for our visits to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Fantastic Home!

This duplex exceeded all expectations! The open concept allows for family gatherings, and the three spacious bedrooms allow for rest and relaxation. Feels brand new. We are looking forward to staying here again when we’re back in town!

Family wedding

We were in Montrose for a wedding. The VRBO we chose was amazing. It was so clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and it had everything we could possibly need for our weekend. I would highly recommend the this place and working with the home owners was great as well. The best thing about the house is everything we needed was within a 5 min radius. Fantastic weekend in a fantastic VRBO.

Overall space was very good and fairly priced. We stayed for 3 nights and used the kitchen a little. Somewhat infant friendly. Having a huge 2car garage and enclosed backyard was a massive bonus. Got charged afterwards for a comforter that I don’t believe we damaged, but VRBO doesn’t offer a way to fight charges so we paid it. Host communicated very well and timely regarding the damage. Notified us prior to purchasing a replacement item.

Great property. Well appointed, responsive host, very clean and comfortable. My husband and I did sleep in separate beds because the master bedroom bed sunk in the middle when we were both in the bed.

Summer Vacation to Montrose area

This property and all of its furnishings appear to be fairly new. It was the cleanest and of the most spacious one I have ever stayed in. Amenities like the garage, a tankless water heater, and the washer and dryer are all bonuses. The neighborhood was also very quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Great place! Especially when you need a place for a dog.

We loved staying at Luz's place! It is a relatively new build so it was clean and spotless! It felt as though no one had ever stayed there!! The back yard is fenced in and has an area for dogs to go to the bathroom as well as a sitting area. Kitchen is well equipped; you could easily make a meal or two! The house is on a residential street and was very quiet. It backs up to Spring Creek Road, a two lane road, but it tended to be quiet at night. We used a should machine on our phone just incase we heard traffic, but we didn't hear much at all. Highly recommend!

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
