A View to Sea, the newest rental edition to magnificent Mustang Towers. This is one of the closest condo complexes to the beach. This two-bedroom, two-bath, fourteenth-floor, ocean view condo, that sleeps six is perfect for your next beach getaway. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning as you look out over the Gulf. Imagine watching the first blush of sunrise as you sit and have your morning cup of coffee, or while having an evening cocktail, when the moon is full, it is something to see to watch that big Texas moon rise up out of the ocean. The living area has a beautiful sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a TV with cable and WIFI. BD1) The master bedroom is across from the living area, and there is a sliding partition door for privacy. The master has a king bed, a dresser with a mirror, and nightstands with lamps. BA1) The ensuite full bath has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a sink. The dining area has a sizable dining table that will seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen has glossy white appliances, granite countertops, and both a regular drip and a Keurig coffee maker. BD2) Is located across the hall and has a queen bed, a set of twin-size bunk beds, a nightstand, a dresser, and a TV with cable. BA2) This full bath is located next door, and it has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a sink. Down the hall is the spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use while in the unit. There's also a storage area in the laundry room. There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3 ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep. There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked not to throw thrash in after 10 p.m. or before 8 a.m. To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building. On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day. The parking lot has handicapped and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading. If you have boats, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
