Bungalow Centrally Located DTSP with Swim Spa

Vacation like a local at this centrally located bungalow style residence. This 3BR 2 Bath home is set to entertain our guests. Indoor living space Includes two sitting areas, fireplace and workstation. The dining room and kitchen welcomes you home with all the amenities you need to keep everyone happy. For our outdoor lovers, we welcome you to the tavern. This fully functional outdoor living space includes a grill, tv, sectional seating, full size bar and a swim spa. Be our guest and enjoy St Pete like a local
The space
The master bedroom includes one queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom includes bunk beds with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. The 3rd bedroom includes one full size futon.
Air mattress is also available

For our outdoor lovers, we welcome you to the tavern. This fully functional outdoor living space includes a grill, tv, sectional seating, full size bar and seating. Create some friendly competition on the putting green or playing darts. Enjoy entertaining the family with dinner on the patio or end your evening at the fire pit.

This home is set to entertain both friends and families alike.

Located just minutes from Downtown St Pete, Tropicana Field and the Pier. 15 minutes away from Trip Advisors #1 St Pete Beaches. This centrally located home will put you at the center of all the greats things St Petersburg has to offer.
40 minutes to Tampa’s destination theme parks, Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.

Driveway and street are available for parking.
Elementary school with a playground is located one block from the residence. Playground is open to the public during non school hours and weekends.
Other things to note
This is a dog friendly home with doggy door access to back yard. We kindly ask that dogs are kept off the furniture to keep it clean for guests. If damage or stains occur, additional cleaning and repair costs will ensue. A pet deposit is required.

An Amazing Stay

If you're looking for a place to stay for a midsize group, this place is it. It's located in a great neighborhood that makes it relatively easy to be at Madeira Beach or downtown St.Pete in less than 20 minutes. The outside amenities and bedrooms are fantastic, as well. I would definitely book this home again.

Amazing property with everything we needed

The property is spotless with everything we could’ve ever asked for. The entire property is tastefully decorated and the amazing backyard is absolutely beautiful. The host was super helpful with all of our questions and responded quickly. We look forward to coming again next year!

Close to downtown St Pete

The proximity to downtown St. Pete was great. We were able to get downtown and park and be on our way to restaurants, bars, and harbor walks in under 10 minutes. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood, felt very safe walking our dog even after dark. Hosts couldn't have been nicer and very responsive to all our questions.

Hated To Leave!

I loved everything about my stay here. In perfect location to either go downtown or to the nearby beaches. Super comfortable home with great layout, furnishings, and fun outdoor space. The owners couldn’t be any nicer and responded immediately to any request. Highly recommended!

The Burg was The Best!!

We had a great time at The Burg. Amanda and Mike were exceptional hosts. This was our first time snowbirding and our first time away from our home for so long. Our total stay was 55 nights. We had all of the comforts of home and more. The outdoor space is a true gem and one of the reasons we booked this home. We also brought our two elderly dogs with us and they were very comfortable and enjoyed the yard. The city is very easy to get around and traffic was not a problem at all. Everything is so close, breweries, restaurants, live music. There is always something going on. The beaches are 15-30 minutes away depending on which one you go to. A we had a great time.

Love this property!

What a great hidden gem! We absolutely loved this house & property. The house was perfect for my wife & 2 teenagers. It had everything we needed. Then there's the outdoor entertaining area. Wow. We spent a lot of time in the giant swim spa & sitting around the propane fire table while watching some tv. The kids loved the dart board. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the St. Petersburg area. Communication with Amanda couldn't have been easier. Very quick to respond & very helpful. Will def stay here again next time we come back to Florida. Cheers!

Central location in St Pete

We needed an affordable and central location in St Pete to stay. This fit our needs. Easy distance to Upham beach. Easy distance to downtown St Pete. Not a bad drive to visit friends who live in Tampa and others North of Tampa. House did have several split levels between rooms that was more than expected. Also being tall, a front room had entryways that were less than 6’2” that had to be remembered often. Any need was met though with immediate attention by owner. Like within minutes of asking so very responsive. Much appreciated. Outdoor area was the best. Nice for relaxing, watching tv and hanging out.

Perfect for family of young adults

We arrived after a looong car ride and it was so great to open the door, open a bottle of wine and hop in the amazing giant hot tub! We rented this place because the outdoor living area looked fun in the photos and it’s pet friendly. It was everything and more! Plenty of seating for everyone outside and in! The weather wasn’t great so we spent time at the house playing games and fixing meals. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for all and the house was clean. It was nice to have supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen(t.p., paper towel, soap) laundry available and a doggie door! The space is so accommodating as there are plenty of t.v.s, space for doing puzzles, reading or a poker game:). The location was close enough for a night out in St. Pete and a day at the beach. We took our pup to the dog park and beach in Fort Desoto! We are planning to return.

We've always appreciated its uniqueness and good energy. We truly love it. We share this with you because we hope you enjoy all the features that our home has to offer. Music on while cooking in the kitchen with the family, summer nights grilling out after a day on the beach, chilly nights by the firepit making smores, and more. Making memories is what it's all about.

This neighborhood is centrally located which allows our family to enjoy a variety of activities in St Pete. Our kids love to be active. We enjoy taking walks in the neighborhood, going to the playground just 2 blocks away and connecting with friendly neighbors.
