Welcome to Winne’s Landing minutes from the beach!

Colonial Beach, an area full of nightlife, fantastic restaurants, and a less crowded beach since there aren't any large hotels nearby. This beautiful, cozy, three-bedroom home is blocks from the beach, centrally located on 12th Street. Our home is close to the local restaurants, boardwalk, and live music in the evening time on Friday through Sunday. With private fencing around the back of the house, a great place to get the grill fired up, roast s'mores over the firepit.
The space
Our cozy main bedroom has a king size bed, two twin beds in the middle bedroom, a set of bunk beds, and a twin-size sofa bed if you have an extra guest. The kitchen is large enough and fully equipped to cook meals or entertain guests.
Guest access
Guest are able to access the entire house.
Other things to note
No food are drinking in the other parts of the house.
