The house is perfect for a quiet retreat or family gathering with tons of space, including a large fenced in backyard. Feel the breeze and watch gorgeous sunsets from the large screened in porch- a perfect place to relax or enjoy family meals.
Downtown attractions, restaurants and beaches are close enough to walk, hike or access by golf cart.

This was our second time staying here and, once again, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. Everything was perfect - the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was pet friendly (it has a great fenced yard). There is a great view of the water from the screened-in porch.

We had a great trip to the Bayview Breeze home in Colonial Beach, VA. It's pet-friendly and so close to the town and all the little beach areas. You can walk places, rent a golf cart, or drive! The house was so clean and very spacious! We would totally stay here again!

What a wonderfully situated property. Right on the peninsula a view of and block from the water. The screened in porch was fantastic. Great place to relax and recharge.

I loved the Bayview Breeze property. Quaint, clean, and nearby colonial beach. The host was quick to respond to questions and even accommodated a late check-out. Great all around experience.

Easy check in and simple instructions. Good kitchen and utensils. Very clean, with modern appointments and good linens. In short, very nice house in a great location. It’s not right on the water, but a 2 minute drive to any of the beaches.

Great view of the water!

Loved this house! Pet friendly, with a big fenced in back yard and a screened in porch. When we were at the house we found ourselves on the porch the majority of the time looking out at the water, docks, and boats.

Great getaway!

Eric was a wonderful host—communicative and responsive! The house was clean and spacious—perfect for our family. Enjoyed the screened porch and amenities, particularly the two fridges! Eric also provided a crate and bowls for our furry family member! Will be staying again. THANK YOU for a terrific holiday!!!

Great home and location!

This house is perfect for families looking to get away in Colonial Beach. The location is convenient to everything! The screened porch was a great place to relax and there was bonus live music coming from a campground across the water. Comfortable furniture and all the amenities we needed. Great Trip

We had a great time, it was a really nice place to hang out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked and there is lots of room to spread out. Eric was very responsive and helpful though the whole trip and has clearly put a lot of effort into making a nice place to stay. I highly recommend it!
