Weekend Stay-Great Time

We had a great time!!!! It's a new home---the house was stocked well (you don't need to really bring much) and the backyard was perfect for dogs. Also the beds were very comfortable. A tall fence so you didn't have to worry about the dogs. The patio was set up very nicely with a fire pit, grill, table and chairs. We loved it!!!

Beautiful home

My friend and her 2 kids (5 and 8) met me and my two dogs for a long weekend in Colonial Beach. This home was perfect for us. The owner was flexible with last minute changes and even sent us information on a fun event happening while we were there. The home is in the perfect location- walking distance to both a playground and the beach. The owner had snacks waiting for us, which the kids devoured. They also had a s’more station so we could build a fire in the fire pit and make s’mores! It was obvious that the owners were very thoughtful in setting up their home and we could not have been happier with our stay. And the dogs, and kids, loved the huge backyard and the toys available in the outdoor storage facility. Thanks again for everything!!

Hi, we are Daisy and Bear, and we just had the best vacation ever! Labrador Landing Cottage was paws-down amazing! The neighborhood was awesome for walks—shady trees, and lots of interesting spots to sniff. We loved lounging on the front porch with its comfy seating after a long walk. Inside was wonderful and there were pictures of friendly dogs everywhere. Made us feel right at home. The windows were just the right height for keeping an eye on the neighborhood squirrels and birds (very important work). Inside there were many seating areas, including a table where our people could play games and puzzles while we curled up underneath. There was a large square table for dinners and plenty of bar seating. The floors were great for a nap after a long walk, and there was plenty of cozy space for our humans to relax (we let them share the couch). Our humans kept saying the house was super comfortable and the beds were great —we just wagged our tails the whole time. The kitchen was so well-provisioned that our humans kept making yummy things (we supervised, of course, just in case anything fell). But the best part? The huge backyard – perfect for zoomies, sniffing and important squirrel patrol. There was a big table with plenty of chairs for the humans, a firepit for cozy nights, and a grill that smelled incredible. We also found a giant box of beach supplies that made my humans very excited. Five out of five tail wags! We’d love to come back and bring our huma

This was a perfect property for my wife and myself plus 2 dogs. The back yard has a great fence and nice sitting area. The house has a great layout and is very comfortable. This was our second stay here and definitely recommend.
