About this space
Very quiet end unit, fully furnished and nicely decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with an office loft and one car garage. Only 1 mile to the closest shopping center with grocery store and plenty of restaurants, half a mile from the beltline, and 2 miles to the airport. Fenced in secluded patio and access to the community pool. Queen master suite down and bedroom upstairs with full size bed and full bath. High speed fiber wifi and 2 Smart TVs.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with a fully furnished kitchen, 1 car garage and 1 parking space in driveway, office loft, fenced in patio, fiber wifi, smart TVs, gas fireplace, close to highway, airport, shopping, and restaurants.

Rey Nice Townhome

The townhouse was very cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. Easy check in and check out. Was able to use the garage and that was a huge blessing. Kenny was very accommodating to last minute needs- we appreciate that so much! If we are back in Greensboro- this will be the first place to check availability.

ACC Tournament

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Kenny was very quick to answer my questions, one of which was after 10pm, so I really didn’t expect a response until the next day. My favorite extra was the fact that the neighborhood backs up to a paved greenway, so we were able to take convenient, safe walks each morning where we saw cows, deer, ducks, etc

Unforgettable

Great location for a quiet stay.

The property was as advertised and fit well for the two of us. Owners allowed us to check in a couple hours early. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property needs a little updating, including carpet replacement, but was nice nonetheless. All the necessary kitchen items were available. A couple of extra blankets would have been helpful for the very cold nights. The neighbor dog did a fair amount of barking our last night but was quiet around 11:00. Overall, met our needs.

We are both from Greensboro, NC and purchased the townhome from my wife's mother who did all the decorating of the townhouse. We have 3 children and are hoping one day this property could be home to one or more of our children while they go to college if they stick around the Greensboro area. In the meantime we have enjoyed renting the property out and meeting new individuals passing through the area. We are very knowledgable about Greensboro so please do not hesitate to ask. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

The neighborhood has very mature trees and landscaping and is very quiet and private. The location is perfect and you can get around anywhere in the city within about 10 minutes.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We have an end unit and a great fenced in patio making our unit one of the most private ones in the neighborhood. We also have about every amenity you would need inside of the townhome.
