Beautiful Home on McGregor Golf Course & Minutes from Downtown Saratoga Springs

This beautiful private home (2,200 sqft) is located on the 17th hole of McGregor Links Golf Course. Our home is minutes from Downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Race Course, SPAC, Lake George and the Adirondacks. Enjoy our home while taking the time away to explore Saratoga, visit a nearby museum, farmers market, or go for a hike and a swim on the many nearby lakes. Our home is nestled in the foothills of the Adirondacks, allowing our guests opportunities to explore the history and beauty that surrounds us, quietly rest and recharge as well as experience the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

Our 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home provides enough space for 8 people. We have 2 sectional couches for additional sleeping, a queen air mattress as well as a crib if needed.

Our finished basement has plenty of room for activities - including shuffleboard, darts, a putting green, a children’s playhouse and a 75 inch TV.

The master bedroom with a bathroom en-suite is located on the first floor, along with a half bathroom, a spacious living room, dining room and fully stocked kitchen (kitchen aid mixer, blender, dinnerware, baking dishes, instapot - you name it, we have it!).

On the second floor, we have 2 large bedrooms - one bedroom has 2 queen size beds and another with 1 queen size bed and a crib. A full bath is also located upstairs. Each room has a TV equipped with streaming services.

Our home is located on more than a half acre with a screened in porch, comfortable outdoor couch and chairs, mini fridge, outside TV, grill and a large fire pit with ADK chairs surrounding it. Our yard offers plenty of room for a family BBQ, cornhole, sunbathing and more. We also have a large swing set with 2 slides, 4 swings, climbing structures, monkey bars, and a sandbox - truly any child’s dream come true!
