Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great home and location!

This rental was a great fit for our family vacation. There is plenty to do in the Girdwood area and we treated is as a home base for other activities on the peninsula and Anchorage. The place was clean with ample amenities. Would definitely book again!

Gorgeous home with a breathtaking view

This house was absolutely amazing. And immaculate. The only thing better than sitting in the main room looking up at mountain was sitting in the jacuzzi doing the same thing :) Kitchen and dining area very well situated. So very close to the resort. Excellent all around!

Great condo for our Girdwood Hub

This condo was an excellent place to use as our hub for several days in Girdwood. The house is beautiful inside and out, has great beds and arrangements, a very well outfitted kitchen, and great management. Put all of those with the awesome views and the location and this is a place I would recommend to anyone traveling with two couples or two couples and kids. Loved out time there

Great place to stay!

Our family of four (parents, one young adult, one teen) loved our stay. We used the hot tub nightly, found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and thought the beds were comfy. The blackout shades made the bedrooms perfectly dark which was important to us. We used the puzzles and board games on our rainiest day. While in Girdwood we took the Alpine Air helicopter dog sledding tour which we recommend. Also liked the tram at Alyeska.

Beautiful condo and great location with some issues. Everything was clean. On arrival, the hot tub was cold. Vacasa was contacted immediately via text and phone. “ Thanks we have alerted our local team about this issue and we will be in contact with you.” We received this response daily with no progress. The hot tub was never fixed. Same with the dishwasher which was found to be unplugged, likely because it was known to be non functional. In summary, nice condo with terrible management and response to problems.

Good location for small groups but maintenance could be better

Was perfect size for party of six adults and three kids and good location in quaint neighborhood. Cleanliness could be better, hot tub was dirty and unusable and management couldn’t get it cleaned even after complaining. Kitchen is stocked with cookware but would recommend carry/buy all the toiletries and other household essentials as toilet paper and bounty were scarce too.

Outstanding Stay

TL;DR: rent this place, clean, beautiful, full amenities. First let's talk about the house. Fully furnished, white-glove-clean, perfect for skiing and family summer trips. The 3 bedroom setup leaves so many options for sleeping arrangements for two large families or three couples. The house was ready for our 8 people to stay with room to spare. Next, amenities: full wash and mud room two full bathrooms well stalked with extra towels. Hot tub was great for multiple people and wonderful for all seasons. Anything you could want in the kitchen. TVs and fans in every room as well as heaters. The view and location: beautiful scenery off the back porch and the top floor. Can see the ski areas on Alyeska mountain. You are a three minute drive from the mercantile and walk 1/3 mile to the mountain, maybe too far to walk in ski boots but summer time is perfect for casual strolling or biking. Not sure if you can ski direct in the winter. Parking was perfect. Ski racks outside the door. I want to thank our host, there were a few things I was unable to identify using the Vacasa text support. The hot tub has some dry rot on the rubber head rests but is totally serviceable and enjoyable. The top left blind in the master bedroom has a broken guide-string which makes it difficult to operate mostly for summer guests. The left side kitchen GFCI popped the breaker when the toaster and kettle were operated simultaneously, may need a new GFCI or a note about using plugs. I could not find instructions on trash disposal and I hope we didn't cause an inconvenience. All of these were less than inconveniences as regards to our stay. We had a wonderful time and I would love to stay here again. I will absolutely recommend 160-4 Snowy Ct to anyone interested in staying in Girdwood or looking to visit the area. Thank you!
