Welcome to our cozy 2 bed condo in scenic Girdwood! Relax in the private hot tub as you soak up breathtaking mountain views. This short-term rental is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to hiking, skiing, and wildlife watching. With comfortable bedrooms and modern amenities, this condo is your ideal home away from home. Book now for an unforgettable Alaskan getaway!



The Space:

This condo is located in Girdwood little cozy town center next to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants and a brewery. It is one of the condos in a secured building. There are stairs but also an elevator with easy access.

Two cozy bedrooms and two baths; also, a spacious fully equipped kitchen.



Guest Access:

Left side of building has row of lockboxes. Use lockbox code provided for key access to building and unit. Door code provided in check in instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential street and neighborhood. Close to the city grocery market, walking distance to restaurants, Girdwood brewery, quick drive to the Alyeska resort and ski lifts. Girdwood shuttle access is close access for free public transportation around Girdwood.



Getting Around:

Walk to the Mercantile, close restaurants, Girdwood brewing or take the shuttle around Girdwood



Other Things to Note:

Quiet Hours are 9pm-8am on weekdays and 10pm-8am on Weekends. Please abide by quiet hours set by the condo association.



Hot tub availability subject to maintenance; occasional closures possible. No compensation for closures.



We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.

The hot tub was great and well maintained. The condo was spacious, it had heated floors I think. These were nice during the fall when it was a bit cold there.

Great condo. Hot tub on the porch, right in the heart of Girdwood, walking distance to restaurants, clean, well stocked, washer and dryer. Would definitely consider staying again if we return to Girdwood some day.

My husband and i stayed for a night to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Communication was great. Recieved instructions for entry before our arrival. The place is spacious, clean and very welcoming. The kitchen has everything you will need for a short or long stay. The hot tub is a bonus. It was so relaxing. We had a great view of the mountains with the lights of the ski resort. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We plan to book again.

The perfect place to end our three weeks in Alaska. Plenty of room to spread out and it was nice to be able to have laundry available before we headed back home. The hot tub was definitely a bonus! Hopefully we hen we come back we are able to stay here again.

Ample space for four guests. The queen bed wasnt great, and the linens and towels could all use a refresh! Bedroom with king bed was better. Easy walk to restaurants. I would like to go to a VRBO with good quality pots and pans, just once! Why do hosts never replace worn out pans? The rest of the kitchen was great.

It is expensive to stay in Girdwood in the summer. This is a given. So, when looking for a place, we sought something with a good walkable location that was well managed. This home was exactly what we hoped for. We enjoyed walking to the local market and restaurants and greatly appreciated a very clean well stocked home. I'll add there were some lovely touches such as games in a beautiful console.

Very nice condo. Clean and in a nice location. We accidentally left something behind and the manager was really nice and helpful with helping us to get it back.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Super convenient location, gorgeous views, inviting hot tub, well-appointed accommodations, and comfortable bed. The check in and check out instructions were clear and the host was highly responsive. We will absolutely stay here again.

Property was super nice, enjoyed the stay.. The only suggestion would be to add more towels, and maybe some that are a bit thicker due to hot tub use. Stairs for the hot tub would be a bonus too! All in all fantastic stay💖

Nice Condo

The direction's as far as location, where to find the key, etc. were a little difficult to follow but I did get the process finally. The condo was well appointed, very clean. Comfortable bed, spacious. There were four of us but could easily have accommodated 6 comfortably. We enjoyed the hot tub. Great location to all restaurants..

Beautiful and fun location.

Booked the place because of the hot tub and the location in Girdwood. The place was beautiful and super clean and not a million rules like some places I’ve rented. Great place and would def come back again. You’ll love it.

Great space

My husband, sister and brother in law stayed the night on our way from Seward to Denali. The condo is spacious and comfortable, perfect layout and location. Had a great dinner down the road, and an outdoor soak at the Alyeska spa. Wonderful stop, and highly recommend.
