There are No Pets allowed in the condo
No smoking (including marijuana) or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises
There are no parties permitted on the premises
No unregistered guests are permitted overnight
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Parking: There is one indoor covered parking spot, any additional vehicle must park outside in open parking

If any guest at the property will be accompanied by a service animal, we will need to know the work or task the service animal has been trained to perform and for which guest prior to arrival. At no time shall service animals be left alone in the unit.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property Damage Insurance: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
