The space
We built everything in this home to the highest standards—not a cheap flip or the corner-cutting you might see other places. That's because the Little Green House was the home me and my family lived in from 2017-2020! It was our first home, and we personally renovated it from the studs up and then designed everything in it to feel like home away from home for you too! :)

LIVING ROOM

> A drawer full of spatulas, spoons and all the kitchen utensils

> Plates, bowls, cutlery and all the usual basics

BATHROOM
It's clean and bright. The shower's flow is strong and the water is hot. Organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is provided! We've also got large, fluffy bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.

Brand-new LG washer and dryer in-unit and totally free!

MAIN BEDROOM
All the rest is cool but a great night's sleep is the most important thing, right?? We've got you ;)

There's also a desk and chair for remote work, a 55" Roku SmartTV, and a large walk-in closet.

SPARE BEDROOM
A full-sized bed with a soft memory foam mattress you can sink into. There's also a dresser and a remote operated ceiling fan.

BACK PATIO
Ok so we're super excited to be furnishing the back patio as of June 2023!! There will be a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as some lounge-worthy patio furniture for chilling in the shade. More details and pics soon!!

PARKING
Street parking is readily available on the front curb, but if for some reason the street is full, then go ahead and pull-up in the backyard!

The whole house is yours!!

I'll send you a code for the Smartlock a couple days before your stay.
