Perfectly situated in the Bay Pines area just 9min from the beach, less than 1 mile from the boat ramp, and just a short walk or drive to restaurants and shops. The home is 1,650sqft and features an open floor plan, with three spacious bedrooms (sleeps 6) and two full bathrooms . The house has beautiful kitchen that features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with water views while you cook. . Relax in the backyard under shaded seating and enjoy a variety of wildlife including dolphins, birds, crab, rays and fish. For water enthusiasts, bring your boat, kayaks and paddleboards to fish or explore the estuary. This home is just minutes away by boat from world famous John's Pass and several islands that are great for hanging out and relaxing in the sun. Local TV channels plus streaming is available. Every amenity provided just bring your toothbrush and swim suit! This is waterfront living at its best! The Lazy House

The host was generous with his communication and help, The property was clean, spacious, well kept and stocked. We nicknamed it the lazy house because we were so content there it was hard to motivate ourselves to go exploring.

Florida getaway

This house was great! It was sad clean as it could possibly have been. Wonderful house with a million dollar view. Keith was a great host. He responded almost immediately and gave us everything we asked for. What could be better?

Blocking Issue

There was an issue with the actual availability of the site. Keith responded and was very conciliatory. VRBO is working on making this right and hopefully will come out OK

It didn't happen! The house was sold!

I was informed the day before I was to arrive, that the house was sold and someone was living in it. I still have not received my refund. Very stressful and disappointing. No one has reached out to me to apologize or get me reimbursed. I wish management would contact me.
