The staying was great,peoprety was super clean and safe in a gated community. The only issue had nothing to do with the proprety,is the fact that DR iis growing and always under construction!!!! Other then that,even security agents were cool.

Excellent family vacation clean rooms ! Private pool and easy access to downtown Punta Cana. We had a magnificent time.

The place was nice and clean, close to the center. The only thing I think they need to improve is giving better directions, it took us more than 1 hour from the main entrance to get to the house, I tried to contact the host and she never replied, we contacted the person in charge and it was hard to understand him, he wasn’t much help. Another thing was one of the room the blanket was kind of stinky, it smelled like sweat, looks like they didn’t change it. Other than that the house was fine.

One Night Stay in February 2025 with 13 guests

My friends and I stayed at this VRBO for one evening prior to staying at a Punta Cana resort for the week. There are 6 rooms plus 2 couches at this location. We had enough room for everyone. The pool was a nice bonus and we were able to order pizza to be delivered by Uber for dinner. The place was safe. There was no soap in the bathrooms and no hot water. We simply used our packed hand santizer and took very quick showers.

Inhabitable

We stayed one of eight days and need to find an alternate location. Home was not as described. Pool was not cleaned and thus unable, 1 bedroom had no air condition, another had neither air-condition nor lights - the light socket was detached from was with wiring visible. No hand towels and 1 damp towel in each bedroom. 1 Bathroom had red stains on the wall and a panty liner on the wall near the switch. House manager was notified immediately about all these issues recommend we contact VRBO but refused to provide a refund. The home was inhabitable and we left after one night of our seven night stay.
