La villa a été construite en 2012 et n'a jamais été louée. Meublée dans un style contemporain, les intérieurs sont décorés dans des tons clairs et blancs, ce qui, combiné à de grandes fenêtres panoramiques coulissantes, confère à la villa une aisance et une légèreté festives. Les maisons sont construites et décorées avec des matériaux naturels - marbre, granit, calcaire. La maison est équipée des dernières technologies: équipements de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation, climatisation et ventilateurs de plafond, télévision, Wi-Fi et appareils électroménagers.

La zone autour de la villa est de 350m2 et la superficie du territoire adjacent est de 850m2. Chaque villa peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes.

Zone soignée et bien rangée est joliment décorée avec des plantes exotiques. Il y a une piscine privée avec jacuzzi chauffé à la villa. Dehors, vous pouvez trouver un lieu de repos et de petit-déjeuner, un barbecue et des chaises longues.

This place was everything they said it would be.

This was one of the best Airbnb that we’ve found here in the Punta Cana area. Very spacious and well maintained. Lenny was beyond amazing at making sure everything was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Our Iberostar Punta Cana villa vacation

Our family group consisted of 8 adults. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday at a villa outside of the all inclusive resort. We used day passes for 3 days to take advantage of the resort amenities. The other days we ate at restaurants or cooked meals ourselves. The villa was ready for us at 4PM as promised. Positives Rooms were clean. A/C worked well Wireless was fast with good coverage Pool was clean Negatives Limited linens. Need to use same all week Had to insist that trash be emptied halfway through week. The staff normally only empties trash when occupants leave. This was a problem with the no flush paper policy. The kitchen had limited pots, pans, plates, erc. There were other issues also but the staff was responsive to our requests for the most part.

Please mind that we are not a hotel, thats why we dont have the same amount of staff and services, some of the services are upon request or not done by default. Again we are sorry your expactations weren't met fully. Laundry service is very expensive in the DR, thats the main reason we don't include linens change by default. Lovely villa

We were a group of 6 adults. The villa was stunning. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was lovely. Location was perfect overlooking the 2nd tee. Humming birds in garden. There were a few maintenance issues, (door not opening, safe broken, air con wouldn't turn off, pool pump etc), however these were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Alladin was a real star as he was so friendly and responsive. Suggestions for improvements: 1. a basic food welcome pack option would be helpful, as we arrived tired and hungry with nowhere to go for food until the next day. 2. An information pack on local taxis, supermarkets and eateries would be useful 3. Would be handy to be able to contact security gate directly, as this was necessary when ordering taxis/ Ubers to allow them through. 4. Only 4 sunbeds were provided which is not enough when the villa sleeps up to 8 people. On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Alex and the team did their utmost to make it a relaxing holiday for all.

Perfectly Splendid!

My guests and I had a spectacular time at this home. This house is perfectly splendid, and I would recommend this place to anyone. From my experience the host was very responsive when I had any questions. Keep in mind that this is a tropical island, therefore prepare for bugs and BRING SOME BUG SPRAY! Lastly I hope you don't have a cat allergy because there little kitties around the house but they are perfectly splendid. (they don't mean any harm)

An amazing paradise

There are simply no words that can accurately describe the experience we had with Alex's villas. Located inside the Iberostar Punta Cana Golf Club Resort. First and foremost the private staff service the several villa's www.alex.do has, are nothing less than superb. Starting with a white glove team Lenny (concierge and property manager) Tomas and Jan Carlos who not only upkeep the property in pristine condition but are there at all hours of the day to assist you if anything you need. We had the time of our lives, probably "THE BEST" location and vacation we've had in the Dominican Republic ever. Extremely safe, clean, and beautiful, the beach is a 5-minute golf cart ride away. My family enjoyed every moment we spent there and there is no doubt that our next stay would be there. Given the pandemic, we were worried thus we rented a private villa so we can have our own pool, the accommodations were great and we basically had the entire "private privileged" beach to ourselves. The complex well secured and guard the area where the villas are located not only have several security guards but, Alex Villas has additional staff to ensure nothing less VIP experience! Special thanks to Lenny, Tomas, and Jan Carlos who treated us like royalty! Alex, thank you for checking in with throughout our stay and everything you had the staff do for us, you have a customer for life whenever we stay again with you! Hope to see you again in December!
