This fully renovated 1930s house offers a spacious and inviting retreat for your visit. With 1700 square feet of living space, this charming property seamlessly blends its historic roots with modern comfort.

Step inside and experience the airy ambiance created by open rooms and 9-foot-tall ceilings. The main level greets you with a generously sized living room adorned with a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Browse through our collection of books or enjoy entertainment on the smart TV.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a spacious and well-appointed dining room, providing an elegant setting for shared meals and memorable conversations. Just off the dining room, discover a full modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to unleash your culinary creativity. A breakfast nook offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while a convenient laundry room adds practicality to your stay.

Also on the main level, you'll also find an office space, complete with a reading chair and an antique writing desk, creating an inspiring atmosphere for work or reflection. Past the office is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, offering a soothing retreat after a long day. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***

For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violates Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-Smoking in the house or in an area where it can drift inside: $100
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 PER GUEST PER DAY
-Pet cleaning fee (if pet uses the bathroom in the house, or has excessive shedding, etc.): $100-$300
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100
-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value
