The people at Beachside Management were great to work with. Grace, Raquel and Jasmin were fantastic and so helpful. Will enjoy working with them again in the near future!! We loved the home we stayed in, however we were disappointed that the elevator was out of order and we were not informed in advance. We chose this home due to it had an elevator as one member of our party has trouble climbing stairs, so she was not able to enjoy the full benefits the home offered, especially the rooftop features/view. There were also several areas throughout the home that has peeling paint on the walls and ceiling which is of concern specially since we had a child with us. The pool also had a lot of debris in it when we got there. We also had issues with hot water. Two of the bathrooms rarely produced hot water, and in the kitchen sink hot water was intermittent. The views from the 2nd, 3rd floors and rooftop were amazing. There was a lot of space for us to enjoy. The grill we were supposed to use is by the pool and is in very bad shape. The actual grill you place food on is gross and I would not put any food on it. There is a built in grill on the roof which guests are not allowed to use. You need to stop advertising the unit has a grill to use because it is unusable.

Solid location

Situated in the heart of Siesta Key and a very easy walk to the beach. Management co was responsive and helpful. Note that bikes are not included with the house. Additionally, the interior of the house still needs a fair amount of touching up (paint, functioning drains, elevator, etc). Had higher expectations based on the photos and what we were paying.

First time in Siesta Key

Overall a good home for a family or multiple couples. But the pool was a big disappointment basically just a lap pool that never gets any sun. The kitchen is adequate and the furnishings are in good shape but not all that comfortable. We had a couple of minor problems and the rental company was right on it, they were very good. It does have a great location to the beach and town.
