This beach cottage is absolutely incredible! It has everything you could need for a perfect family getaway. Just a quick 30-step walk to the sand, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning views of the ocean, beach, and marina. Picture this: relaxing on your own patio table, sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, while your kids play in the lush grassy play area. And the cherry on top? You’ll have a private drive to take them biking, scootering, or skating. It’s the ultimate beachfront luxury!

The cozy living room is a true gem, complete with a crackling fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. There’s even a full-size sofa sleeper for those extra guests. The unit does boast wood-like flooring and an updated kitchen.

Great location. Usually VRBO provides shampoo/conditioner, starter coffee (especially when a Kuerig. Not this time. Not a deal breaker, just an inconvienience.

Always a Great Stay

We've been staying at this resort for over a decade now. It never dissapooints. The apartment was great. Only complaint is the 10 am checkout. Seems property management is still living in COVID times. Should be at least 11 am like the rest of the world. Other than that, we love the location and we love O'Side.

Great get away

After my dad spent 4 months in the hospital, I surprised my parents with a week in Oceanside. It was better than I had imagined. The ground floor unit had direct access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the patio. Nicely updated with every amenity you need.

There was plenty of room for them to hang out...full kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in. The back porch area was beautiful and perfect The only "con: was that I was provided only one key as the other key did not go with this apartment. I received a call from the management telling me that I did not return both sets of keys...but since I had been aware of the mix up (I did not address it as we were good with the one wasn't a problem...and it was Thanksgiving so I really didn't want to bother the staff during their Holiday) I explained that I video taped me returning both sets of keys provided to me and the matter was settled! so well done

LOVE THIS PLACE

The location made this unit the best. We stayed in F3 beautiful area, walk right out to the beach, also the pool/hot tub is very close. The unit was very clean and comfortable, would definitely rent it again!

We enjoyed sitting outside everyday watching sunsets, people walking-biking-surfing, birds & planes flying. We appreciated the fact that it had minimal clutter so was easy to keep clean.
