What is the maximum occupancy? We allow a maximum of 4 people, which includes infants.
Is there parking available? Yes, one assigned parking space is included. Please note that the garage has a height clearance of 6'4" and the complex has a strict "No Backing In" policy.
Are pets allowed? Per North Coast Village Homeowners Association rules, no pets are allowed on the property.
Is this a non-smoking unit? Yes. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the condo and throughout the complex grounds.
How do we get around without a car? You are in a prime walkable location! Additionally, the Coaster Train Station is close by, offering easy, non-stop trips to San Diego or Los Angeles.
No parties or events allowed.

Celebratory weekend

We came in for a quick weekend trip for a graduation. The location was ideal for us. We enjoyed the balcony, the absolutely beautiful walkway to the beach, and the cleanliness of the rental property.

Great get away!

We wanted a place to get away for a week. Place was clean, remodeled, comfortable bed and great location to beach and several restaurants. Owner was easy to meet with to gain access and explained place for a comfortable stay.

Great Condo In A Fantastic Location

We stayed here while in town for the Ironman race. Accommodation was clean and as described. The location is great, with easy access to the beach, and is within walking distance of the pier, downtown and the harbor. We especially loved watching the sun go down from the balcony.

Get oceanside in Oceanside!

Nicely updated apartment in a beautifully landscaped complex. Enjoyed the great balcony view of the river running down to the ocean. Easy walking to beaches, coffee, restaurants and shops just across the river at the marina. Would definitely recommend!

Comfy bed, couch, nice space for 2. Loved having the balcony to view the ocean. Unit has been refreshed except bathroom & kitchen., and it’s time - paint flaking off kitchen counter tiles was annoying & low low shower water pressure, the only complaints. Grounds are beautiful & wonderful to have parking garage space.

Good and Bad

The place was newly painted and carpeted. The view from the balcony was nice but it was too cold to sit out much. The kitchen was cramped but worked for 2 people. The tile counter in the kitchen is painted with wall paint. Paint keeps peeling off the tile and on to the pans, utensils and food. The bed is comfortable. There is no chest of drawers in the bedroom and all the storage is full of towels and sheets. There is only 1 shelf in the closet to store clothes. If you live out of a suit case it is OK, we were there a month. The front door sticks. The place is heated by 3 wall heaters, there is no thermostat. The bathroom stopper is broken and would not stay in place. The worst of all was that when you run water into the sink sewer gas comes out of the drain and you breath it. We asked to have both the stopper and the sewer gas fixed for weeks, but it never was. It’s a health issue.

Overall good. Kitchen could have a few more items. Kitchen counter was peeling paint or something. Shower hot water knob did not work very well, definitely needs to be fixed. When reported it, did not receive a response. Get these things fixed and would give 5 stars. Bed and Pillows were comfy.

Condo G20-an excellent property

The only problem we saw was that the mattress was way to soft, to the point of drowning in it. We would prefer a much firmer mattress. Also don't understand the 200+ cleaning fee. I can see a deposit, but if the property is left in good shape routine cleaning should be part of the cost of doing business. Next time I will contact the property owner directly and not use VRBO.
