Beautifully Renovated- We have tailored this home to be the perfect retreat for you and your group.

Thoughtfully designed with a modern/bohemian inspiration for a comfortable and relaxing vacation experience. Our 6 bedroom, 3 Bath, 2600 Sq Ft home provides tons of space for friends and family to spend quality time together.

Enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunsets by the fire pit in the private fenced in yard.

The Heights Hideaway also provides guests with 2 separate living rooms, a game/movie area, dining room that seats 12 and a spacious back yard with a fire pit, BBQ, additional seating and fun yard games for everyone!

Park in the oversized driveway or utilize the 1 1-car garage if snow is in the forecast. Every room is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind.

Sleep well with 2 king, 3 queen and 2 Full over Twin bunk beds. 2 Additional sectionals for less picky sleepers. We also have 3 full showers including 1 shower/bath that have been completely remodeled.

Back yard —
Enjoy the private spacious backyard where you can sit around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful picturesque sunsets. There is also yoga mats, scooters with helmets and several yard games for the whole family!

Living and Dining Rooms —
Gather in the upstairs living room and watch a movie on the 55" TV or share a meal with everyone in the dining room. The downstairs living room has more seating, another 65" TV along with a foosball and air hockey table. We also have several board games and magnetic games on the wall to play!

Nearby —
Plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars just minutes away. Be sure to visit the Highlands as well, one of the premier neighborhoods in Denver!

A Bit of Heaven in the Suburbs

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, large dining room to seat everyone, games for fun in the backyard. And thje small but lovely touches - a coffee bar, jars of candy (very popular - a little too popular!) wonderful immediate hot water, so many tvs. We loved our stay! I can only think of 1 suggestion - more towels! Thank you for a memorable time!

Great Experience!

Lindsey was a fantastic contact. She was SO accommodating and even got extra pack n' plays for our stay. This house is great for multiple families and kids of all ages to stay. It's nice because its a central location between Denver and Boulder. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen had lots of supplies. I would highly recommend.

Perfect for Large Group

House exceeded expectations for our stay. Clean, orderly, and full of things to do in our down time. Responses took less than 30 minutes for any questions we had. Had 12 people in the home and it felt like we had plenty of space. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Denver area. Close to downtown and plenty of shopping.

A Perfect Stay!

This house was one of the best Vrbo's I've stayed in before, and that is saying a lot! They thought of everything! It felt more like a boutique hotel, then a home with folded towels in each room, a luggage rack for your suitcases, candy and popcorn in their rec room, coffee and tea at their coffee bar, etc. They had a wonderfully stocked kitchen, and the decor was tastefully done. Everything was clean, instructions were clear, owners were communicative. We will stay here again. Thank you!

If this place was a dinosaur it would be called Cozysaurus

It was very comfortable and clean. It had lots of free snacks and games. If you don't like free snacks and games then maybe look somewhere else but if you really like free snacks and games like us, you won't be disappointed. Whoever cleans deserves a raise. I hope they pay them well. Support rental cleaner unionization!

Amazing Family Stay

We chose this place mostly for the space because we needed something big enough for our group of 11. Our son got married in Denver and our family were all out of town so we all wanted to be together! This place was so awesome! It had six bedrooms and could actually sleep more if you have more people. It was newly renovated super spacious very clean ! Every room was cutely decorated. The kitchen was super well stocked with everything you would need, along with a huge coffee station. The backyard had a fire pit with a lot of chairs around it and several backyard games. The basement had a huge TV screen with fun games to play too. It also had both a washer and dryer! We absolutely loved our time there! The host was a great communicator and would highly recommend this place for a fun family stay!

One of the Best VRBO home I have rented

Property was beautifully decorated in a way that felt warm and welcoming. It was stocked with everything you could think or and more! The dining space was amazing allowing tons of room for us to all gather and play games. They had so many games for us to choose from! When some family wanted to go to sleep, the rest of us just went downstairs to the hangout room which was so fun and just as amazing as the upstairs space. Beds were comfortable and sheets were so soft. Entire home was very clean and fresh. Lindsey was so great to communicate with. Prompt response and clear instructions for check in and check out. She was even able to accommodate an early checkin since we all came in from different places. The surprise special touches on top of everything else helped set this place at the top of all the vacation homes I have rented. I would highly recommend. Thank you, Lindsey!

Wedding Weekend

Our extended family of 13 ranging from ages 3- 69, spent a super cold weekend in Boulder to attend a family wedding. This location was perfectly located between the airport and the wedding and rehearsal dinner venues for us. We had no problems following the excellent directions and instructions for checking in. The home was spotlessly clean and well appointed with extra touches that made us feel right at home. When the host was contacted, we received a prompt reply. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs for everyone to have a place to eat together, play games, watch tv, a nice big kitchen for cooking and three nice bathrooms. We appreciated the extra towels and bedding, snacks, games, and it was a pleasant surprise to arrive to a shoveled driveway. The location offered commercial services and shopping, and also easy highway access. We would easily stay here again! Thanks to Lindsey and Jack for being outstanding hosts!
