Grand, moderne, spacieux, propre, beau et privé. Notre grande maison très confortable dispose de 8 chambres à coucher, 9 lits, 5 salles de bain complètes, 2 cuisines complètes et sous-sol fini avec salle de jeux.
Nous pouvons dormir confortablement 16 ou plus. Nous avons organisé des événements d'équipe, des réunions de travail, des réunions de famille, de nombreux groupes en ville pour un mariage, une remise des diplômes, un match de base-ball ou un concert.
Nous sommes situés entre Denver et Boulder, à 20 minutes dans les deux sens.
Cette maison dispose de 2 lits king size, 4 lits queen, 1 lit double et 2 lits simples.
Nous sommes dans un quartier paisible et très sûr (désolé, pas une fête chez nous.)
Nous sommes à quelques minutes en voiture de Pikes Peak, du Jardin des Dieux, des tombes de Buffalo Bills, des roches rouges, du glacier St Mary, du parc Estes, du parc national des Montagnes Rocheuses, de la rue Pearl à Boulder, de la Castle Rock Outlets, le théâtre Buell, le 16th St Mall de Denver et bien plus encore.

We had an outstanding stay at this property during CU graduation weekend. I would happily recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group. From the moment we arrived, it was clear why so many past guests have rated it so highly. Everything from the location to the space inside made for an exceptional experience.The biggest advantage for our group was how conveniently positioned the home is between Denver and Boulder. Both cities were easy to reach which made day trips effortless.Outdoor enthusiasts in our crew especially appreciated how close the property is to great walking trails and open spaces. There are several trailheads and scenic paths nearby, perfect for morning walks or just getting outside.The house itself was amazing for our group of 11 people, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The layout worked beautifully for both shared hangouts and quiet downtime. Large common spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple bathrooms made it easy for everyone to stay comfortable throughout the trip.Overall, this home hits the sweet spot for location, convenience, outdoor access, and space. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a cousin reunion a the home most of the people were over 70. We were very impressed by the spaciousness of the house. We had 17 people in the house and there were plenty of spaces for the meals.We had group visiting in many different areas of the home. Thanks for the suggestion on overflow parking.As warm as it was, we were able to use the beautiful patio and enjoy it.

Excellent stay in Westminster

This large home was an excellent choice for the 13 members of our family. It was clean and spacious and the basement recreation area was filled with with Foosball, Air Hockey and Pop-a-Shot games that kept the five children(ages 5-10) in our group occupied for hours. The kitchen was the best supplied as to cooking and eating utensils of any VRBO house we have ever rented. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again anytime.

We love hospitality. Over the years, we have hosted dozens of international students (some stayed for years) and have had hundreds of overnight guests stay with us. Now that our 5 children have moved on and into their own homes in the area, we had this large house with lots of space and empty bedrooms. VRBO is a way for us to continue to extend hospitality by allowing our home to be a vehicle to create more fun and lasting memories. We trust that when you decide to stay, you will experience a spacious yet bright and cozy environment so that you might build some memories of you own.
