Enjoy a relaxing stay in this first-floor condo just a short 5-minute walk to the beach. This spacious 2-bedroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.
The primary bedroom features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, along with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom includes 1 queen bed.
The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and a comfortable living space ideal for unwinding.
Conveniently located just a 4-minute drive or 30mins walk from the Myrtle Beach Airport , and close to Market Commons , Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach State Park, Shopping , Dining , Attractions and everything that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
For your beach days, guests have access to beach chairs, an umbrella, and a variety of beach toys during their stay.
• Up to 7 people are allowed to stay for the same price per night, If you have more than 7, you must pay $25 each guest per night. No more than 1 extra guest (Maximum total of 8 people only).
• There is NO daily housekeeping service. • SELF - CHECK IN . Guest have the whole unit to themselves , except the lock storage room for cleaning supplies. • 2 free parking spots available in the front , small trailer & Bikers/motorcycle are allowed
• Check in is at 4pm . If the condo is ready before 4pm I will let you know and you can check in early.
• This is a NON-SMOKING property! The owner has cigarette smoke allergies. Please Please DO NOT smoke ( including incense, vape, candles, etc) inside or on the balconies. $250 fine per day if you violate this rule. • Children must be supervised at all times. We will not be held responsible for any possible injuries so please be responsible.
• Per HOA rules- No Pets allowed in the property.
• No Parties , No Underage Drinking, No drugs & No illegal activity on the property. The owners are not responsible for your actions. If you choose to break this rule: Your trip will be canceled, you will be asked to leave immediately and you will not receive a refund. ——✈️ AIRPORT ✈️ ——
