This was such a great condo at the beach! We loved our time here, and we will 100% be back in the future. It's in a great location, and it is in a wonderfully clean and safe area. The pool is really close to the unit, but not too close to become a nuisance. This is a perfect place for families of all sizes.

Great place in a perfect location. The owners are easy to get a hold of and very pleasant to deal with. Would try to stay there every time in Myrtle Beach.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a quiet community and the condo was very clean with comfy beds. Host was very responsive to our needs.

The worst experience

Let's start off with the fact i never received the check instructions until a hr after getting there and calling vrbo because i couldn't get in. That was issue #1 lack of communication. The 2nd issue when i got in after a hr and half after driving 7hrs was i looked around the unit. I found mold in everything that had glass just about. The sliding door the 2 bedrooms. I don't know how no one else haven't checked or noticed it but i did. With me having asthma i wasn't staying there Ofcourse once i reached out to VRBO the owner started calling my phone now. He sends his cleaning lady which she arrives with a bottle of tilex. She sees the mold everywhere but she wants to spray this strong stuff so she can get paid sure knock yourself out. At that point i was over this rental and they found me another place to stay. All i can say is beware the rules for renting was nit followed and the moisture will definitely be a issue if the issue is not fixed. Good luck but I'm not recommending this location. It definitely was a waste and it messed up my whole trip. I am not happy about this whole situation. I have 35 pictures to upload if i can about this property.

This Condo was in a great location. It is central to a lot of activities and Golf courses. Very friendly and responsive Host. Definitely looking to rebook for next year.

Amazing Experience

My family and I want to thank Mr. & Mrs. Barber for their hospitality in sharing their beautiful Condo. We come from NY and it truly feels wonderful to be treated with genuine and humble kindness. Although when we went the week of 08/03-08/10 we hit an ugly storm where it rained every single day all day long , the home was so cozy and we had the best time . We look forward to our next family vacation next year . Thank you all so much !

Queit, nice place, friendly neighbors. Great landscape, close to a lot of places, Dollar Tree, Food places, Broadway, Go Karts, Hollywood wax museum and more.

Perfectly located condo

We had events planned from North Myrtle to Murrels Inlet and this condo is located right in the middle of everything. Great full kitchen and TWO full baths. Would definitely use again.

Beautiful property, very clean and fresh smelling, great location- close to everything we wanted to do. Beds with the exception of one are very high and a challenge for shorter folks or folks with mobility issues. TVs in the bedrooms did not work, TV in living room had five remotes on the coffee table and no direction as to how to operate (we figured it out). Ice maker did not work, owner offered to send someone over but we declined as it was not that important to us Overall, it was an enjoyable week. Perhaps better communication with the renters in the future could address some of the little things we ran into that we had not encountered before with a VRBO rental

Worked Well for me

Although I didn't get to stay the whole time, while there it was quiet and very convenient to everything I needed. Communicated with the owner upon arrival about a minor thing and they were very responsive (like 5 minutes!). The appliances are a little dated but for me no problem. Hope to stay there again if Matthew and Julie will allow.

Jackson vacation

We traveled from Pennsylvania to SC. Our stay at this home was great. The house was clean and well kept. We had the use of all pools, which was fun. The surrounding area was also great and a huge plus. The beach was super close. You won’t runout of things to do. We will definitely be going back. KJ

Very Nice Area

The apartment was nice and roomy. Had 2 beds and 2 baths. We had access to the pool and were very close to both North and South Myrtle Beach. We had a great time, and the owners were very helpful when I had questions. Thank you.
