We stayed here for almost a week! More than enough room for two normal size families! The kitchen is well equip! The beds were amazingly comfortable!! 100% would recommend!

Open floor plan for relaxing. Went with my older brothers and sister inlaw (all senior adults) they were very comfortable. Easy entrance and close parking. Clean and well equipped for cooking. Very convenient for visiting the Ark. Had a great time would use again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Check-in process was super easy! The property was cute and clean and had plenty of room for our crew. We spent lots of time around the big kitchen table, so we loved that part. We could have used more bathrooms, but we made do. The lighting could be improved in the kitchen as well. But overall a great stay with no complaints!

Great Stay!

Very clean, comfortable and great location. Large kitchen table and nice little bar area in the living room. The kitchen didn't have many choices for pots and pans. Other than that, everything was nice. The outside patio was a nice area. Not an area for kids to play in besides the parking lot.

Family vacation

Definitely enjoyed the layout. We are a big family ranging from our oldest who is 18 to our youngest who is 11 months. kid and family friendly.

Beautiful and spacious

We had a great stay! It’s a beautiful house with plenty of room for my family of 8. When we needed extra towels and batteries for the remotes in the house they had them to us within an hour. Would highly recommend this property!

Great property close to Ark Encounter

As a grandparent traveling with my son and his wife and 5 sons this house was amazing . We had room to spread out, eat together and relax. The place was clean and had plenty of thoughtful books and toys to make our stay welcoming. It was within walking distance of OPAS pizza which kept the kids happy the manager was helpful in solving our difficulty with locking the door in a very timely way with great courtesy. We would certainly recommend this location for families traveling in this area. (45 minutes from Creation Museum and 15 minutes from Ark Encounter)

We enjoyed the stay. During Christmas, amenities were depleted (hand/dish soap), property manager attented to need immediately...very appreciate!! Would stay again!

Great place to stay!

Can’t say enough about this property! So clean! So comfortable! Everything a group needs to have a comfortable stay, even had travel brochures. Couldn’t get the coffee pod part of the coffee machine to work correctly and the coffee side was quite slow, but that is nothing compared to the convenience of parking right next to the entrance door, having an outside sitting area, tvs throughout the condo. 4 bedroom s, 2 baths
. Just an exceptional property that is very well maintained. Thanks for a great time!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. There were only 3 of us but the house would accommodate a lot more. The beds slept well and everything was just as described. My 88 y/o mom was with us and she insisted I tell you how much she loved all the horse decor! We enjoyed it and would recommend.

Bible Study Group Ark Meet-up

This was a cute, roomy apartment perfect for our group of 8 women who have been meeting in an online Bible Study Group for 6 years and decided to come together to meet in person. Each person had a clean comfortable bed, and the 2 bathrooms were more than sufficient to meet our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay - we didn't cook, but coffeemakers and microwave worked for us! The large kitchen table was great for game time and conversations. The location was convenient to the Ark Encounter and to local restaurants where we enjoyed friendly service and good food! Thanks for a great place for our meet-up Ark adventure!

This was reasonably priced for a four bedroom, two bathroom VRBO. There were a few issues. We couldn't get the TV to connect to internet but the contact person was there within 20 minutes and got it set up. The place was listed as smoke free but reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived. A couple of the family members have asthma and reacted a little to the smoke. I'm a nurse and know secondhand smoke can linger in a building for up to 3 months so opening the windows helped a little but then we had flies because there are no screens on the windows. There was a cigarette butt right outside the door. It was a short stay and a bit of a whirlwind of a vacations so we didn't text management until we settled in the place the night before we left. They were very polite and said they would have sent someone to clean and spray had we called on the first night. While that might have helped the smell, it would do little to exhaust the smoke. We stripped our beds before we left and there was a blood stain on the mattress my sister had been sleeping on...gross! It's unfortunate because otherwise it was clean and perfect for a larger group. Management assured me they would address these issues however.
