This was a nice home in a quaint neighborhood. The host was prompt in responding to any concerns and ensured the matters were resolved quickly. For guests with knee problems, the toilet in the general bathroom sits pretty low, but the one in the master bathroom sits a little higher. Some TLC and minor upgrades could make this home better. I did appreciate the host getting the internet company to move the modem/router closer to the living room which allowed us to stream movies even though we were unable to have movie night as originally planned due to poor internet signal. Additionally, it was good to find out the TVs in the bedrooms were connected to the light switches since we thought they just did not work. The set-up was not completely as advertised. The twin beds were split between two rooms and the sofa bed was in the room with one of the twin beds. I am not certain if the sofa bed worked since we did not try it. The damage waiver fee should be refundable. Just seems a free fee is being collected unnecessarily. The refundable security deposit is excessive. It should be reevaluated and should also be returned sooner especially if bookings are back to back. Ending on a high note, the coffee provided was a plus. The bedding was nice and the accommodations were comfortable. Overall, this was a good pick for our needs and we would consider booking here again.
