Carnelian Bay Home - Hot Tub, 2 Car Garage

Located directly between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, this sunny three bedroom/two and a half bath Carnelian Bay vacation rental home features vaulted ceilings, knotty pine accents, leather couches, nice mountain furniture, hot tub, spacious kitchen, and open floor plan. The rental home is 2315 square feet and the large master suite has a two sided gas fireplace, jacuzzi bath tub, dual vanity, and large walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a separate entertainment room with large flat panel TV and DVD. Outside the family room through the sliding glass door is the hot tub and the landscaped back yard. There is a ping pong table in the garage for kids and adults alike.

The winter enthusiast will enjoy the Carnelian Bay location because they are close to Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, cross country skiing, and the hot tub for apres ski. The summer oriented person will appreciate the Carnelian Bay location because it is close to world class hiking and biking trails, beaches, and the central location for easy access to both Kings Beach and Tahoe City.

For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, this property is about 1/2 mile from the Idlewood Vacation Cabin.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

We lived our stay. The cabin was cozy and big enough for our family to feel we all had our own space. The surroundings are incredible and it was in a great location.

Grandkids first time in the snow

Tahoe getaway

The home was spacious and comfortable. I loved the living room large windows which we got plenty of natural lighting from. My overall impression is great for a family getaway and just a 10 minute drive to the lake and if needed the grocery store. I love the home and would love to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Home For Family Vacation

Fantastic property, plenty of space, decor was adorable especially for young children. Easy drive to the mountain to ski, snow removal happened early morning after a big snow storm. Very communicative property manager. Peaceful and family friendly neighborhood.

Nice quiet classic Tahoe home

House is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short drive to Tahoe city. Well maintained. All the classic Tahoe charm in the decor. Clean working hot tub. Rental company was easy to work with and responsive. They allow dogs without any additional hassle. Would definitely rent again.

The perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay for our thanksgiving trip with the family. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for the trip. The communication with the property manager was very good, the replies were very prompt and they were very accommodating. Amazing cleanliness with perfect utilities! Family friendly fun for everyone! Excellent Home with Excellent Property Managers

I stayed here with a group of friends to ski Palisades for the week, and we were very impressed with the accuracy of the building, the clear communication from the management company, and the amenities available to us. The hosts were extremely responsive, and the space was perfect for a group vacation. It was a 10/10 experience!

Family birthday celebration in Carnelian Bay

The house was awesome. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us but we only had 6 people and a dog. Our grandkids loved the bunk bed room. The owners of this property had thought of everything and we had everything we needed. The front and back decks were great and the backyard hot tub was in a good spot with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was quiet (at least the days we were there) and the amount of knick knacks in the house was amazing. It must have taken a long time to accumulate so many pictures and other artifacts. We would definitely recommend this home and would love going there again.
